I took their colour chip to Patricia and she matched it in a Benjamin-Moore latex and it went on beautifully !

The staff is knowledgeable & very patient when they have helped my wife & I decide on a colour or product that we plan to live with for years at a time. The shop has a real small town charm to it & a pleasure to support. I love that the product we use is recorded on file for each room so that years later & can repaint the same colour or buy touch up jars without having to save labels or details.

Having been turned away at Rona and Lowe’s for the piece being too small and not perfect enough to match, I didn’t expect too much. But the staff here said no problem. Took time to investigate thoroughly and were able to match it perfectly. After doing touch ups it is a perfect match. From now on won’t go anywhere else for paint. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff!!

Stopped in a gave the consultant some not so clear instructions, as I understood them, as to what the color needed to be. Apparently she had some supper powers because once the revamped paint was on the wall it was apparently perfect.

The staff asked me pertinent questions to determine what type of paint might be on my old doors. It ended up that I required primer and paint. The staff estimated exactly enough product to complete the job. Although the task was much more time consuming that I expected, I was thrilled with the final result. My confidence slightly boosted I thought I'd try my hand at painting interior walls. I've asked questions about painting products at the big box stores before and never felt confident in what I was being told. On that note, because I trust the knowledge of the staff at Royal City Colours it is the only place I'll purchase my paint and supplies.
