He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and professional
We have complete confidence in Dr COHEN
After a cataract surgery my husband sees better now at 55 yrs old
Than when he was 18 hrs old we are very grateful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this clinic twice and both experiences were terrible, specifically with the support staff at reception. The second (and last) time I went to the clinic, the appointment was for my 5 year old son and it was scheduled at 1:30. After waiting an hour and a half, I inquired about the wait time. The secretary told me (rudely) that she couldn't tell me the wait time but that the Dr. had my son's file. Then I saw her get up with a file and bring it to the Dr! I'm sure it was my son's!!!! We left after waiting in the waiting room +2 hours without having seen the Dr. I left frustrated that I lost a day of work, money from paid parking and gas. I will never go back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel so much better after reading the reviews here; I was starting to think I was the problem.
The doctors are wonderful, kind, compassionate and top notch.
The support staff are rude, aggressive and unprofessional. They treat my father with no respect and talk to me like I’m the worst human they’ve ever met and then attack when I try and ask questions or explain anything. They make a huge deal when I try and book my fathers field of vision test and eye appointment on the same day. Like I’m horrible for wanting to only have to take one day of work off instead of two. They are condescending and just plain mean.
They have zero patience for the elderly and this upsets me because it appears a large portion of their clientele is older folks.
If you don’t like dealing with the public, please find another job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is professional and I have complete confidence in her. The problem is with the staff/reception. They are so unprofessional. The first time I came to the office I had to wait 15 minutes for the receptionist to get off the phone and finish her personal conversation before I could confirm my appointment. The second time I came I showed up for my apppintment that was confirmed with me a day before on the phone, only for the receptionist to tell me my appointment was 20 minutes earlier and I had to reschedule for the next week. They completely wasted my time and dealing with them is so frustrating. They need to get better managed. The only reason I would continue going to this eye clinic is because of the great doctor. If you want good or even descent service though, go elsewhere.
