★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 was exceptionally pleased with the service I received. My mom is 86 years old and the customer service rep dealt with her with the utmost consideration and patience. He was kind and spoke to her clearly and slowly to accommodate her hearing aids.
For me he was also patient and helpful and kind. He didn't rush through anything.
