Really appreciate their customer service! They figured out what the issue was first and then called me again to make sure how I wanted to move forward. As soon as I called Dr. Phone Fix, they gave me a quote and a timeline of 1 hour. They were incredibly helpful on the phone and I figured I'd give them a try. I came in the same day and dropped the phone off. They had it fixed in an hour. When I picked the phone up they even went through the features of the phone to show that everything was functioning properly. I was definitely impressed with the service! Everything from the phone call to the in person visit, the cost, and the speed of service was amazing! I would highly recommend this company if you need anything repaired!! I will definitely use them again!

The young lady was very polite and helpful, she explained everything to us. I had my grand daughters screen replaced on her iphone xr. Great price and job !
I haven't had customer service like that in a very long time.
