★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't mind paying money for donated stuff at least they are trying to recover the remaining value from the stuff. But when it comes to customer service I would to give 1 star out of 5. The reason why I am doing this, I was in this store and I received one voucher where I was liable to get rebate of $3. But I missed to inform them just before making payment. I realized this and came back to the billing counter with the same concern hoping they will make some adjustments and refund me $3. But they said they can't do. I've to make another transaction to use that coupon. You guys need to work on customer service, otherwise people won't like to stop by here. They will go to commercial stores, moreover prices for some of the stuff is high at your place.
