★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated in a busy plaza, hence no drive thru. Took them 20minutes to make 2 popcorn chicken bowls and there was barely any customers. Very disappointed that the people in the back who are making the food don’t even wear gloves. Sadly won’t be returning to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ message to young brown lady 9pm monday : if you say thank you with such attitude it just sounds like f u . the other woman kept good attitude toward customer even tho seems having a bad moment with other employee. thats what i call being professional thats why its 3 stars and not 1

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and very accomodating. It wasn't busy when I came and they tried to accomodate my simple request.
Place was a bit sticky seems like somebidy spilled a drink and they were cleaning it. Food was great but itvis a bit pricey. Well I ordered for 6 people.
Over all great service and KFC is alway KFC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service here is horrendous, I wouldn’t even advise anyone to work here with the management and current staff. Truly lost for words. Komathy definitely needs to not be at the front counter. She isn’t fit to have face to face interaction with customers , there is only 4 ppl to serve and Everyone waiting over 15 mins in a line. Wow this was an experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all we stood at the counter about 3 mins while the cashier ignored us and played Candy Crush on her phone . The woman in the back called her over, pointed and said customers? Then the cashier was short tempered and was rushing us , asking over and over is that it, making it impossible to speak and finish the order. Then to top it off we watched her THROW each item into our bag.
I’ve never even thought of complaining on a site like this but honestly I’m in shock how the cashier treated us and ppl should be warned before they go spend their hard earned money in there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst kfc to order from! They take forever with their orders and only enforce their own covid restrictions when they feel like it. They never have food ready also so you have five people waiting for their food in the restaurant for 20 minutes and no one can enter the restaurant to place their own order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No indoor dining. But thats not their fault. Being from the USA, I only wanted a poutine. Didnt disappoint. Got my poutine fix for the week. Service was pretty good. Food was prepared pretty fast. No complaints here.
