★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our pup is only a year and half but has had a few issues in that time. We started coming here when he was about 7 months old and they’re great! I find it’s hard to trust someone with your pup and I completely trust them! I have seen them treat my dog like one of their own! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been customer's of Dolphin Vet Services for 18 years now, originally using him for our families 4-H animals on our hobby farm and now these days for our cats and dogs. I am, by nature, very analytical, maybe annoyingly so. I need time and latitude to do my own research on products and services before I feel comfortable making long term decisions.
The staff at DVS have been good at giving me the background information on products and then the patience to allow me to ask questions and do my own research before making a decision. I even called them 5 times in the period of 2 days while looking into pet insurance companies. We have a service dog (still a pup in training) and the stakes feel a lot higher than they have ever been with our family pets; we have a lot of resources invested in Finn. If we were in a position where a decision was needed to be made for Finn in an emergency situation, I would feel comfortable giving Dr. Dolphin the autonomy to do whatever he felt best without expecting that he consult with us.
To me, this is the true litmus test of your trust in someone's ability to look after a loved one in a crisis moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have a timid dog do not bring your dog here!! My boyfriend and I brought our dog Travis here who has anxiety, the receptionist was made aware that he would require some patience. We came here several times and they were always rude to us and treated our dog poorly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Switched to this vet with my new rescue older pup after previous vet couldn't handle my pup, nor give a feasible prognosis. The vet tech pretty much found out what was wrong over the phone and an in person meeting proved correct. Thoroughly happy with the treatment we received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Switched to dolphin vet about a year ago with our senior dog with a pituitary tumor. At the previous vet we were being gouged with monthly tests in the hundreds of dollars. Now we get the same tests quarterly and she's still doing fantastic.
Customer service is 10/10. They explain thoroughly what's going on, what's needed and why. With a senior dog, we've been in situations where we've been gouged financially. This place has not done that once in the last year, with fantastic care. Our dog is happy after an overnight stay. They even trim her nails for us haha.
Best choice we made for our girl was switching to here. 12 years old and running around like a puppy.
