★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever bought a weedeater yr ago and a chainsaw weedeater return sping broke they said no warranty for moving mechanisms so that was fine bought part and was talking to there mechanic who was going to recoil it for me but spring was broken so went back to service desk and she said it will be 47.50 to put it in and rudly kept saying just look it up on website I will never buy anything from there and will never recommend them they are a joke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little hardware store with a very familiar feel. Good array of construction equipment to rent and a nice local place that can cover a lot of your hardware needs, saving you from driving an extra 15 minutes to the lumberyard. Friendly staff, good prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite local rental place. They have the tools you need at a reasonable rate. Good stock of hardware items too, saves you the drive to the bigger stores. Open for business during COVID, just wear your mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off a "running" lawnmower for a pull cord replacement. Called them a week later for an update. Said they hadn't got to it yet. Said I could pick it up in 30 min. Guy handed over the bill $63, and said "we couldn't get it started". Called the boss when we got home and I asked him to explain. He said it was "probably Kevin who did the work and Kevin is the yard guy ". My question..."why is the yard guy repairing my lawnmower. He said "we're busy." Big boss also said that it was brought in for pull cord replacement and that's all they did. I asked him if it was reasonable to call me to ask if I wanted the mower running before picking it up. Big boss promised to call me back. It's been 2 days. Zero accountability, over priced and clearly no pride in their work. Won't be back. If No stars was an option, that's what I would give these guys.
