★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Gary at 1pm on a Saturday, and he arrived by 2:15. Other plumbers said I’d have to wait until Monday or Tuesday. So grateful he arrived so quickly to fix our non-working toilet. Gary was professional, explained the problem, and fixed it in minutes. He is also quite funny, which we appreciated! I would definitely recommend Gary and Willowbrook Plumbing, and, if needed, we will absolutely call him again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply the best plumbing company i have ever hired, Likely the best in the Valley! I called Gary today at 7:49AM on a Friday. My hot water tank gave in last night, I have two little kids, i needed it repaired, Fast! After a short discussion over the phone, I decided to upgrade to a on demand system. Gary recommended a Rinnai Unit. Gary and his son were at my house before 9:00am and straight to work. They completed the entire job in a few hours, cleaned up, took my old hot water tank with them and left me with nothing but fabulous customer service and hot water! Professional, Experienced, Fast, Affordable and NO BS! Stop messing around with other companies who give you the run around, this is the only company you need to have in your phone. I will definitely be recommending Willowbrook Plumbing and Heating to my friends and family. Thanks guys, you are the best hands down!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough good things! We moved into our house last year and we were always a little cold. Our furnace was installed when the house was built. Garry came out when it was not working at all, replaced it with a great product and now, even the basement is warm! Best service ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gary and the team did a great job when they came and change our water heater. We call them twice after fixing the new heater and he came again on time to double check and fix minor stuff. Awesome service and extra mile mindset to serve their customers. Totally recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gary came to remove and replace our hot water tank the same day we called. He was able to get this all done and dusted within an hour or so and we were able to have a shower an hour later. Super nice, timely, responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

happy with his work. My hot water light got turned off for some reason and I called him and he came in half n hour and lit it for me . No charge. Thanks for good work Gary James and of course Vivian.

I called several other plumbing companies before I called Willowbrook. What I received was ‘the number cannot be completed; long distance charges may apply’. Vivian at Willowbrook Plumbing answered my call immediately. She was efficient, pleasant and asked the right questions as well as listened to what I wanted in way of repairs or preventative maintenance. This to me was excellent customer service. I booked the appointment and was able to have the company to do the work the next day. Later in the day, Vivian called to confirm the appointment.
James came to switch out a line under the kitchen sink to meet code, cleaned my shower drain and bathroom sink drain which was clogged. He also did a few other small items. He too, listened and did what I asked and made recommendations for the future. He followed protocol as far as our strata requirements of mandatory masks etc., and left nothing to clean up after him. To me that too is good customer service.

We recently discovered our hot water tank was leaking. We contacted the original company who installed it just six years ago, but they were not able to provide a reasonable cost or timeline for a replacement (it was not repairable).
We then contacted Willowbrook Plumbing (after reading some of the reviews) and are very glad we did. Gary responded immediately, provided us with several options for replacement with great pricing and was able to install just two days after that. Gary and James were efficient and professional during the installation of our new tankless unit, and even provided me with lunch (as I was working from home that day). The unit has been working great since installation. Overall we had a great experience and will be back.
We have already recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so.
