I had someone else look at our AC in the past and they were not able to fix it, but M&T crew was able to identify and fix the problem in the spot. Highly recommend!

I enjoy calling M&T because I know someone will always answer, and look after my needs quickly and professionally.
With fifty-four commercial properties and three hundred tenants in our portfolio, we don’t have time for second best. M&T are number one.
As a full service real estate management and development company, we need a full-service HVAC company. M&T do maintenance, inspections, new installations and duct work – one stop shopping. It doesn’t get any easier than M&T.
Every ten years you run across a company hat has everything going for it: price, service, quality. It’s been twenty years since we started using M&T and they continue to lead the pack. They never disappoint, and I can always recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a small restaurant in Langley City, The Raving Gamer Bistro. Since the recent power outage we had on Dec 10th, I had an issue with my Captive Aire Kitchen Ventilation system and MUA. The MUA was not working and we had to keep our kitchen doors open to keep airflow happening. Needless to say we have been freezing for a couple of weeks, and we had no luck with other companies coming to fix the problem. No one could schedule a tech to come out. I called Josh Susser and 3 hours later we had a tech out to fix the issue. and only 2 hours to diagnose, fix and clean my unit. We are now warm in the kitchen and won't freeze because someone couldn't schedule a tech. The Tech was great, knowledgeable on our system and did a great job with the repair and explaining our problem. Super happy with the work and quick response. I recommend M&T for any commercial job!

My request was immediately answered and Sean was out here and got all our heating units serviced, thermostat installed & air vents working.
He was professional and educational to make sure we were up to date and knowledgable of our system.
Josh then followed up the very next day regarding this service and how satisfied we were.
I couldn't be happier knowing a team cared about their clients this way.
Efficient, productive & personable.
We are looking forward to establishing a good work relationship with M&T Air Conditioning after this!
