Do NOT, NOT, NOT use the services of this company. I just spent over an hour with the POLICE BECAUSE THE TECHNICIAN WOULDN'T LEAVE MY HOUSE after trying to sell me an $18,000 replacement because he found a woman at home without the husband there. I asked him repeatedly to leave my house and stated that I would deal with the bill directly through the company that booked the service as arranged with them. He refused to leave my property and essentially TRESPASSED all over my house following me and insisting on payment then and there despite refusing to use the credit card payment option I had pre-arranged. When booking the service, I had asked if I could pay via credit card and was told I could. Then, the technician DEMANDED cash or cheque. I had neither and he kept insisting. I told him most people are cash-less now and asked why he didn't have the credit card machine or the app on his phone. I told him that, just as in previous years, I would call in and provide my credit card information to the person that booked the job. He said they are just a marketing company and I needed to pay him directly. So, then, who guarantees the work. PGHS or the technician whom I don't have a "relationship" with as they are not on the invoice. He proceeded to call "head office" on speaker phone and the spoke derogatorily about me as well as saying things like "What is wrong with her?!". Then, head office called and spoke to me appallingly. In the past when I used them they came 2 hours early and demanded to be let in because they were there!! Yes, but I wasn't because I had an appointment for 2 hours later!!! Unfortunately, I forgot it was the same company and used them again. I won't forget this one though!!! I am confident that the 5-star review is a fake review placed by PGHS themselves or a friend.

I had kevan from PGHS install a new water heater. I am happy with the service. They were polite, on time and tidy. I would recommend the service to others.

Do not use this company. We have had issues in the past. I am in a strata complex that has had resident information taken and phoned saying they have been advised by the corporation to do the work in the residences. If you want to be taken to the cleaners by unqualified, non respectful callers and trades ignore this advise but why this company has not been shut down for past scams is a mystery. BBB does not endorse this company. We have had residents taken advantage of by this company. BEWARE DO NOT USE

This company has posted a recent photo of myself without my permission, providing false information on a hiring advertisement. It has been nearly 5 years since I’ve had any contact with this company. My true experience is reflected by my rating. Feedback - strongly consider your options / research the company and owner before accepting a position or services.

I had this company in today and they were great. I must say their service was not all like the negative reviews I have read here. Brad was on time and called before he arrived, clean and informative about what he had done. Brad did a great job, explained everything afterwards. I would have them back again.

Got a call from them for my furnace inspection selling 120 dollars flat for the service. The technicians came a bit late than promised but the guy named Brian seemed to know what he was doing. With his advice we went ahead and got theducts cleaned too for an additional $350. The service was great and the price seemed very competitive! Would go with them again

Pro Gas visited our home to service our gas fireplace. The circulation fan failed, so we called t hem back. Pro Gas sent a technician to repair our fireplace to our satisfaction. They did this work free of charge despite the warranty having expired 2 weeks previous. Great service and even better Customer Service. I will employ their services again! Ken Chase

My A/C is almost 12 years old and it wouldn't get cold! After having 3 different companies, today I had the tech from pro gas take a look at it who came to service my furnace. AND IT WORKS NOW! I FEEL THE COOOL AIR AGAIN! Although its almost winter I couldn't be happier that it finally got fixed!! Forgot to grab the techs name but regardless great job progas!
