★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our hot water tank not heating, Hilltop was able to squeeze us in same day. The scheduled time given was exactly when They said it would be. Dylon who came, was courteous and gave us helpful information and got the tank going again. Hilltop is our now trusted plumber to call.

Replaced sprayer hose on kitchen faucet (sells for about $8 at home depot)an charged for 2 visits despite me giving the correct parts numbers when phoning in for apt so service fellow could come equipped. Time spent was maybe 5 to 10 mins 1st visit and maybe 20 to 25 mins 2nd visit. $401.00. Won't be using Hilltop Plumbing again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hilltop came on site (arrived on time) to replace a water heater and do some other work. They came in on budget and time compared to the quote. Work was done neatly, removing all old materials and using drop cloths to catch most dirt, dust, drips, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed ducts cleaned. Based on reviews I called Hilltop.Twice. 1st time they called at the last minute and said their compressor was broken and could not make it. Fair enough. Called again months later and again they called at the last minute and said their equipment was broken and could not make it. BS. Schedules were changed to accommodate HILLTOP. Going with another company that wants to do the job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hilltop have been great to work with. I've used them several times over the years, everything from in-house plumbing leaks to repiping the line from the watermain to the house. They are responsive and very professional and they price their work fairly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were called to repair the fireplace at my parents (in their 80's) condo in White Rock. The serviceman that showed up had no care in the work area he set up, had extreme difficulty removing the glass screen for the fireplace and turned it back on with a lighter -which was not a fix- when asked by my father to put it back together and turn it on as it should, he offered to clean the glass -which required a 15 minute trek to his truck parked right outside- and considerable effort in cleaning and re-assembling the glass cover, then the fireplace did not turn on and suddenly he diagnosed that it required a part that was unavailable and would take anywhere between 4 and 6 weeks. He left but the whole ordeal cost my father $220 dollars. When I tried to speak to the general manager, he did not let me speak and essentially said that I should question what my father had told me happened. Since I was not there, I should lend more credibility to his employee, I suppose. Good news, an actual professional serviceman went to my parents' home today and fixed it for a fair price and no unavailable part was required. Companies taking advantage of senior citizens in the middle of winter and a pandemic. That's a new low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an afterhours issue that needed to be fix quickly. Called the afterhours number, spoke with them, and they sent the service manager right away. Received awesome service and the issue was resolved really quickly. I would highly recommend Hilltop to anyone that is having any plumbing/heating issues.
