★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The yoga bar is a fantastic studio ! I’ve practiced at about ten different studios in the past and this is by far my favourite. Front desk staff are kind and helpful, the teachers are super knowledgeable and personable , and the facility is always clean . Not to mention it has ocean views ! I enjoy the variety of classes and levels and it’s nice to have so many options for class times to fit into a busy schedule classes go from 6 am-8pm classes which is so nice .
I highly recommend Marcus’s hot prana , Oxana’s endurance, and Jen’s hot Pilates :) it’s a very fun energetic group of staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I searched for aerial yoga when I moved here, and this has been one of the best things to happen to south Surrey and white rock. From speaking to the ladies at the front desk, and the kind instructors. All the classes I’ve attended are so good! The instructors are very knowledgeable and thoroughly follow the covid protocols. It’s always a fun class, and after every class I feel good, and happy that I showed up. There’s a class for everyone. Aerial yoga, L.A.A.B Endurance Training/Pilates, Sound Bath, and Trigger Point Ying.. Highly recommended! I love the yoga bar! And the evening classes come with beautiful sunsets if it’s not raining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It saddens me to have to leave a negative review. Especially since the classes that I did take there were quite lovely.
Unfortunately, their is a lack of care when it comes to customer circumstance. I had left for the US and naturally was unable to use my pass, during which time I was still charged even though I was unable to use any of the classes.
I felt taken advantage of, as if their financial benefit was more important than my life circumstances.
They charged me for two months($410 dollars) which they would not reverse. Then “graciously” offered to put that money towards my cancellation fee.
But for some not made out of money. Paying for a service I couldn’t use really hurt.
If you’re wealthy, this probably isn’t a consideration for you. But for me this made a big financial difference... I would not recommend the yoga bar unless you are financially well off.
Look out for yourself, especially since they won’t look out for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great yoga studio! We did aerial yoga for the first time and loved the class. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Zambeta at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to locals and out of towners looking to practice different types of yoga!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding aerial yoga teacher training course ? the studios in both yaletown and white rock are beautiful transformative spaces in which all the teachers held a supportive space for all students, no matter of the previous experience or level of aerial yoga practise. I love it so much I am extending my aerial teacher training to complete my restorative low and slow aerial teacher training this coming weekend in white rock. Signing up for the course has given me a renewed confidence and knowledge in my practise and in life. Make sure to visit the yoga bar to enjoy all their class offerings they have awesome teachers and various classes to enjoy your wellness journey
