I have participated in Shae's Yin, Kundalini, and Detox class and I absolutely love them all! She always brings such a positive vibe, guides you toward a deeper connection within, and takes an educational approach so you can learn about what your body needs, which I appreciate. I would highly recommend her classes to anyone wanting to reduce their stress or anxiety and strengthen their body.

I love Shae's Kundalini classes. She is also a registered Kinesiologist, so we have the added benefits of her knowledge of movement of the body. Her Kundalini is a work out, a good sweat, working the core, arms, legs, breath of fire. Her classes are a challenge for me and that's what I like about them. But it's more than a work out, it works on yourself, your thoughts of weakness, strengths, and most of all love of self. Each class is a different experience for me. Shae has found a beautiful studio which makes the experience even better, she a wonderful, kind, and loving little soul and it's so nice to be around her. I'm grateful to have her as part of the journey. So proud of you Shae.

I have done both private sessions and group classes with Shae. Her positive, caring and effervescent demeanor enhances each yoga session. She will always support and encourage you and provide excellent modifications for all yoga poses (we have worked extensively on strengthening my subluxed shoulder and low back- I now have more confidence with my mobility). Highly recommended!

I took my first ever Kundalini class with Shae. Going to my first class I was a bit nervous as I had heard this yoga was more of a "work out" than some other types I have tried, and I was not in very good shape. I really had been worrying for nothing. Shae puts together a class that has you looking forward to what is coming next and my worries of "can i do this" dissipated right away as I quickly discovered there was no pressure to push myself beyond my limits. Shae encourages you to challenge yourself, but only at a pace and intensity that works for you. I have some reoccurring injuries that limit my movement but with Shae guided me through modifications for certain poses I was able to keep up. Shae has such a welcoming quality about her. She will greet you with the biggest smile and make you feel instantly at ease. It is obvious how passionate Shae is about Kundalini and sharing it with others; she truly practices what she teaches.

I have taken both Shae's Kundalini and Yin classes and each class was better then the last. The wisdom and knowledge that she channels through her teachings seems to come from a deeper place within. Always addressing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual blocks in each class, she is a dynamic instructor who never teaches the same thing twice. She is eager to help people of all levels and never leaves anyone unattended and being kinesiologist she has a greater understanding of the body and it's mechanics. Everyone needs to start their week off at Savage Yoga. Namashae!

I had always wanted to try yoga but was intimidated about being one of the only males in class. With years of playing sports my body was in need of some yoga in order to alleviate my aches and pains. Shae did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and guiding me through the practice. Not only has yoga with Shae alleviated my pain and improved my mobility, but it has also allowed me to be more mentally focused. Shae does a real good job connecting with people as a group and individually.

I took Shae's Kundalini class and Yin class and I loved both! In the Kundalini class the energy she gave out was amazing and you could feel the buzz and love in the air. It got your heart pumping and your face smiling. The Yin class was great for a relaxing yoga session. She has the voice and calmness every yoga teacher should strive for. Her education of each pose and the directions she gave were very easy to follow. I highly recommend any of Shae's classes. She is not one to disappoint and will have you leaving with a smile in your heart. :)

It really only took one restorative/yin class and I was genuinely hooked. With Shae's background in Kinesiology and extensive yoga training I felt completely safe under her guidance and fully informed about what was happening to my body during the postures. Shae has truly helped me open up my body and release present and past sport and running injuries in ways I could not have predicted or known if not for her. Shae's classes are wonderful, not only do you gain knowledge about yoga, and your personal mind body connection but you also gain a friendship. Thank you Shae for all that you do!
