Amazing instructors, high quality equipment, and a beautiful philosophy gave me the perseverance to become a black belt. And I'm not going to stop my training. 5 stars all around!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son has been training here since he was "little" and the guidance offered at TMD is superb. Although the worldview seems to be competition is a cornerstone for success, in truth we shouldn't compete against others and only experience the joy in our best efforts.
Experiencing your best work, along with sound moral guidance, is martial arts instruction that cultivates agility, self-confidence, motivation, empathy, patience, discipline, strength, tenacity along with all traits that well-rounded people need to function and contribute correctly as adults. Poor martial arts instruction is like poor dog training and poor teaching.
Our responsibility to help create a positive future depends on creating positive children.
As a deep meditator I can tell you that martial arts is a superb portal to meditation -- it can almost happens without effort. People who are anxious, shy, dyslexic, learning disabled etc will find more tranquility in their lives should they commit to martial arts with a TMD philosophy and make an effort to learn their true nature.
