★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stuart plumbing is A+ in my books! Highly recommend and will for sure be my first call next time I need a plumber. You call all these other places and some receptionist answers and is always unable to help. I called Stuart and spoke to someone who actually knew what they were talking about. They came the next day, on-time, no BS 4 hour window. Plumber who came was awesome, clean and efficient. After calling around, Stuart was also the most reasonably priced company for my job. Excellent value, great service, good job and keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fortis gas was cut off, and once reconnected, I could not light the pilot light on the boiler. I phoned Stuart, and after sending pictures back n forth a fine serviceman Cory, sent me a utube video and with the help of my friend, the 2 of us 72 year old ladies! Were able to re-light the pilot! Cory was very patient and saved me a service call. Now that’s what I call service! Thank you

Update: Cory rectified the situation and provided in home estimate for what I need, once I have the appliance in place they will connect the gas stove for me. Will review their services once everything in place, thanks Cory and revise my review to 4 now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sent one of their employees, Steve, to our place. Words cannot express the gratitude we have for this man. He was amazing!!! He went above and beyond helping us with a very serious kitchen drain problem. He pulled out all stops, even crawling under our home to cut through pipes after using the snake numerous times, even out to 70-75 feet trying to clear the drains. We have the utmost respect for this man and this company!!! Would never use anyone else ?

It’s a five star rating in all the areas of customer service,,,, Corey is so professional and caring when you first make the call of desperation that your shower knob has fallen off with my Viking hand. Same day service because no shower until it’s fixed. The Plumber was so nice, courteous and professional. Now A Days it’s hard to find a company that cares this much about their customers .. Corey you have me for life lol …Beth

Cory listened carefully about my problem and needs. He suggested to check on the flue and existing tank before installing a new one, rather than shooting directly for a higher priced job. He added a complimentary camera check of the flue post installation and took care my questions quickly and professionally.
Steve is a fantastic guy. He came on time and did a professional and beautiful installation. Absolutely clean and tidy after installation. He also gave me quite few safety and maintenance tips and leave me a water hose for annual drainage as a sweetener.
