★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Ener-save employees installed a new furnace for me on the coldest day of 2015, December 30. They came on time, worked for eleven hours and completed the job (which included replacing intake and outflow pipes in the attic and connecting the furnace to the drain under the house). Matthew, Chad, and Tyler were all very respectful and pleasant, and they explained many things to me, which wasn't easy since I know nothing about heating systems. While furnaces are not cheap, when I consider the time they put in I think I got a good deal. I recommend this company highly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have dealt with Ener-Save for many years, recently my husband contacted them for an air-conditioning quote, my husband learned that the original owners had sold the business and there was a new owner, the new owner scheduled with us to come to our home to give us an estimate to install air-conditioning, well he never showed up or called. Needless to say we have now contracted with a firm that did show up to give an estimate. The new owner needs to be aware that South Surrey is a very small business area and he should be more careful about keeping appointments he makes.
