From our initial visit (where we were shown and explained the many options available), to the custom measurements (blinds fit perfectly), and the installation (very solid installation), everything exceeded our expectations.
If you're looking for custom blinds, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend New Accent Window Fashions. We are very happy with the results!

Rachel was very patient with me in selecting the right blinds for my needs. When the men showed up to install they were courteous and professional and understanding of my requests. They we excellent in the installation and it was done in really quickly.I am so pleased with my decision to choose this company. I highly recommend them.

We ordered our 1st set of blinds for our master bedroom from Nicole. She was extremely patient with us, exploring all options and costs to meet our needs. Minaz did the installation. Minaz went over and beyond asking his wife (Amy) to bring his laptop to our home so that he could complete the installation for us as we didn't have internet connection in our new home yet. Amy walked in the heavy downpour to our house as we learned that Minaz lives in our neighbourhood. Minaz and Amy had gone above and beyond in terms of customer service.
When it was time to order our 2nd set of blinds for our living room and 2nd/3rd bedrooms, we approached Nicole and Minaz again. No hesitation at all. Just like our 1st experience, they were both professional and honest and gave use sound advice to meet our needs again. Due to covid, the shipment took longer for the 2nd installation. We knew that ahead of time as Minaz informed us at the time of placing our order. As promised, the blinds were delivered and installed in late March. Amy came and help with the installation again...patiently unpacking and removing all the packages when the work was finished
As we are renovating our home, we have dealt with several contractors. They are certainly one of the very few professional individuals whom we have worked with. THANK YOU Nicole, Minaz and Amy!!

Nash set up an appointment, knew exactly what we wanted, our style, colour scheme and gave us very informative options. The install was quick with friendly team members (lead by Minaz). Our motors were set up to group the way we asked. Everything was seamless.
We ended up calling them back to add more motors to our front windows. Again, quick, easy install. Great communication. We get a ton of compliments on the blinds. I would recommend this company to anyone. Job very well done!!!
