我们在2019年6月5日拿到房屋的钥匙，6月10日Scott公司装修人员便开始进场施工，先拆除所有旧的东西，然后我们边沟通边设计边施工，通过Scott专业的管理和施工进度的合理配置，以及他公司卓越的工人和质量管控，在8月30日，把一个三房两卫全新的房屋装修完成，并于9月1日正式交付给我们使用。 因为我们的需求，要在不到三个月的短短时间里把一个1986年的150平方米老房，装修成一个全新的五星级酒店标准的新房，是一个巨大的挑战，Scott做到了，并且非常的出色！ 同时，对新房的装修质量和价格，我们全家都感到非常的满意！

Scott completed a full renovation on my condo in Langley City and managed the construction of a civic project for me with the Township of Langley. Both projects turned out amazing. Scott has a keen eye for detail, which is backed up by decades of experience. He is an excellent problem solver and all of his subs go above and beyond in terms of quality. On both projects Scott completed for me, his foresight and experience saved thousands of dollars and plenty of headaches.

Scott improved my old house doing backyard landscaping, drainage replacement, concrete drive way repavement and other miscellaneous imprvoments. He really loves what he is doing. I could feel his passion and creativitity from his work. Not only that, he can come up with solutions for any kind of problems or situations. I am satisfied by his work, and I will always contact him for any other house projects.

Scott and his team were exceptional to work with. I view him and his team as my ‘trusted partners’ helping us get to our objectives vs someone coming in and just doing a job. I wholeheartedly trust Scott and his team with any work they are doing. During the planning stage they took us through all the various options and were completely transparent about costs (which we agreed upon). We made some changes along the way (not them) which the team was super easy to deal with…in fact…they came up with better and more cost effective ways to get to the changes we wanted completed (and again we reviewed everything thoroughly such as the costs and the objectives). The work completed was absolutely outstanding….I can’t stress that enough. Scott and his team have a very close attention to detail which resulted in everything looking absolutely perfect. This is a true rarity these days…people that care, pay close attention to the details and are not just there to finish the job as fast as they can while cutting corners. They also completed the work in a short amount of time, were super easy to book, simplified the language of construction and left our place very clean as if they were not even there (everyday) and made sure we were 110% satisfied before leaving. I would highly recommend working with Anderson Properties, wouldn’t ever hesitate to refer them to others and in fact have referred them on to 3 more clients already. Everyone of my neighbours even commented on how awesome of a job they did when seeing the ongoing work. You honestly can’t go wrong working with such a great company and group of people.
