★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a landslide that took out our well during the flooding. They would only send help at over $200 hour plus driving time to hook a temporary line to our neighbors well. Even though it’s was only a one person job they made it mandatory to have two employees come (for safety reasons) at over $200 hour each, even though Mathew had already been to our place and knew there was no danger. The second person stood around most of the time doing nothing. This worked out to around $1400 in labor charges for 3-4 hours of work!!! This was a once in 50 year event and they took advantage of the situation and price gouged us. We then found out the technician wired the pump backwards, which we were told would cost another 2 plus hours of overtime (1400.00 for two guys) finally we called a local plumber from Statton Rock to come, he only charged us $50 for 1 hours to fix it. My advice is try someone else before you go with EDS. Their main objective is to make as much money as possible without any consideration for the situation. ☹️
I am in the agricultural supplies industry and sell products to lots of farmers every day. I have sent a lot of referrals their way in the past. But will be doing the complete opposite going forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big thanks to Mitch and Noni. We got suddenly out of water late night on Wednesday, call Eds on Thursday morning, and have our water back in the afternoon which is over my expectation! And another thing that make us happy is Mitch came back to make sure our water system goes well on the following morning! Great neighborhood company and definitely will go back to them when we need!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had called EDS to handle a well issue. The well system stopped working again the following week, after paying $1000 plus in labour, and total at $2500 at the first place. When I called for workmanship warranty, I was told that I should make my own judgement on my well system, not relying on their plumber's professional advice. They charged my credit card for $500 for a job done in less than an hour, I rejected the charge. Robert, the manager, spent quite a bit of time arguing with me, twisting the story, blaming me, told me that they will NOT serve me again because I refused to pay. The plumbers are professional, but may have missed to warn me potential issue. I agree that their man hours should be compensated, but when problem happens, blaming customers should never be the right attitude!
The management has no merit, because they cannot stand by their workmanship!!! Customers be warned!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the short time, my family and I have been dealing with the folks at EDS, we have been very impressed with their welcoming attitude and their willingness to listen to our problem and offer a solution when asked. They explained what could be done to improve the efficiency of our old equipment and incorporate it into working with all their new devices. Their service technician really knew his stuff, Regarding the installation of the new equipment and the proper use and maintenance of what we already had on-site. He even took our calls to answer questions and offer suggestions days after he was through here. Thanks to the folks at EDS our water is 100% better, and the family no longer suffers from dry or itchy skin. Thank you, EDS for your patience, understanding, and support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend! We had no water, Travis and Chris came to our home fast on short notice even on a long weekend. They were knowledgeable and professional, and fix our well quickly and for a fair price. They explained everything they did so we knew what they were doing. We will defiantly be using EDS if we ever have issues in the future.

He offered to answer any questions during the installation and made things very simple. Nice to have a reliable supplier. EDS produce instructional videos on YouTube that are really helpful, and show their professionalism.
