★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is THE place in the GVRD to go for a spay or neuter. they do 10+ a day, they're a spay and neuter clinic, that's why their prices are so much better than your local animal hospital. Highly recommended, great quality of care and very sweet staff.

Place seems very busy, but that is to be expected when a clinic is this good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my dog in to get neutered today, and to say he was overwhelmed is an understatement but the staff at Langley Animal Clinic proceeded to treat him with so much love and comfort, as well as comforted me while i worried about him. The price for the procedure was 1/4 of the price at this clinic than my regular vet quoted, and they still treated us SO well. We appreciate you all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited vet on Sunday evening. Vet clearly had a problem to take samples from our dog. She insisted to put dog on the table even after seeing that the dog was very uncomfortable being there, not mentioning standing on a slippery table. She informed us we will get results until Tuesday. On Monday we have received a message that we will get a call from a vet with results on Tuesday between specific hours. Tuesday evening, when nobody called us during provided time slot, we have called them only to find out that the vet in fact did not call us but he also already went home. We asked if other doctor can call us with results because if results are bad, the waiting time in oncology clinic is about 7 weeks and our dog may not have that much time left. Lady in reception said that if the other doctor on duty that night feels comfortable, she will call us.
So they will not only not call you when they said they will, they also have to feel comfortable to do so while the time to save your animal is running out. Don't go there if you love your animal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my dog in for possible swallowing foreign object.. Dr asked some questions had me hold him while he checked his temperature checked NOTHING else not in his mouth or anything else, said he wanted to do a blood test, I was fine with that, they took my dog in the back, only to come back 5 mins later to tell me he is too strong for them to do a blood test, Yes he is strong but not once did they ask me to hold him or help as I would have been happy to do so . Told me to take him home and monitor him and if he get worse to bring him back.... I was there almost an hour & 15min and am no closer to an answer than I was when I got there. And charged me for a exam but they didn't even check my dog over . VERY NOT IMPRESSED and will not be going back. However the front counter staff was very nice and helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These amazing vets and vet techs/front staff are awesome. They have helped us with both our cats. They are all so caring and genuine. I cant express how much I appreciate the efforts they put into pet care. My cats are so important to me and they really did go above and beyond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't help but feeling duped into getting an echo done here.
Paid $700 to have this completed and was told my pups heart issue (diagnosed previously by a specialist at 8 months) has gotten "significantly worse". The mobile specialist there couldn't formally confirm if he'd be good under anesthesia for his neuter.. which was the reason for the test because he's now fully grown at 2 years. I was referred back to the specialist (Boundary Bay) in which they wouldn't accept the report from this echo.. They will charge me another $900 to have the same test done again.. plus with a 7 month long waiting list.
WHY DO THE TEST IF YOU COULDN'T GIVE ME AN ANSWER?!
I'm not mad at the mobile specialist or the clinic. I'm upset with the veterinarian who advised me to have the echo done in-house instead of just refereeing me back to Boundary Bay to have the proper testing done.

The reason for the 4 stars is the experiences I've had with Dr Semadeni. She is easy to talk too, listens to your concerns and most importantly she's honest. She truly just cares about your fur baby and won't "sell" you on unnecessary products or procedures unlike the vet mentioned above.
Langley Animal Clinic as a whole has been great. Hard to get a hold of sometimes but after leaving a message I've always received a call back the same day. They are also reasonably priced and have friendly staff!
