Dr.Lau has been fantastic, knowledgeable, thorough and practical. Dr. Julia showed us and our kitty incredible compassion in navigating various issues, exploring solutions, and eventually with hard decisions. Sadly we ended up having to put our cat down. This clinic was considerate of our emotional needs and truly made a very difficult time much easier on us. Thank you!
A	Ada C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No follow ups or check ups after my puppy got spayed. Dr. Lau didnt even meet us or talk to us at all. The staff was nice but a bit messy with the explanations. In the end she just sent us home with a sheet of paper of notes and medications. I don’t understand how this place is rated 4.7 stars… it is at best 3 stars.

Gave us treats for the puppy. :-) Did very well given the COVID limitations. Quick work. Nice vet and assistants/office folks. Only 4 start becasue it was our first visit so I can't really know if the service is consistent and excellent. But it was great so far for this very simple first visit.

Recently we had to make a difficult decision to put our dog down. Dr Surbey was working for Dr Lau that day. Dr Surbey was so caring and gentle with our dog Tilly and was very compassionate to us during this difficult time. Both Dr Surbey and Jenyca who was assisting were amazing and made a very difficult time a little easier. Thank you to Dr Surbey & Jenyca. Caring compassionate staff. I highly recommend this clinic.

Thankfully I don't need to see him often because my pets are healthy, but when I do I leave the clinic happy with my experience EVERY SINGLE TIME! he doesn't try to sell you on unnecessary procedures, he will give you options on what more can be done. He genuinely cares about your pet and the clients who love them. He is not motivated by creating higher costs for the pet parents. The quality of care goes well beyond my expectations. For purely selfish reasons I really hope he never retires. He really is the best veterinarian in the Fraser Valley. Thank you for all you do Dr Lau ❤️
L	Lancy Cho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Lau is one of the best veterinarians I have ever seen. We used to see him in Richmond but since he moved his practice to Langley. We will still drive 1 hour to bring our dogs out to see him. We trust him so much because he gives us good reason to. Unlike other vets who want to do full panel tests on everything because they have no idea what's wrong. Dr Lau is experienced and explains which tests to do, what he is looking for and why. If your looking for a good vet. He is worth the drive.
