★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could rate this place a minus I would. Washrooms in disrepair, whole place is dirty and the bartender Sean? soo inappropriate and obtuse. Definitely needs a refresh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderfully traditional English style pub, equip with the most. Staff are always, on point. Getting you served and settled happily for any evening engagement, you've been looking for. Hope to spend another evening, allowing to close up shop as we always have. Thanks for the times we have had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pub food and quick service. It was a bit noisy with patrons as it was wing night but overall a great place for a meal and a drink.

As a first nations i came on the ferry from prince rupert ,then 6and hlf hr cab ride without having to explain why i came here ,but without eating all day i go to where the hotel appointment me to bill to room,was told i couldnt bill it ,not only was i embarrassed but left to see front desk where i had them call to approve my billing ,without understanding that i have a green card to use medicinally was embarrassed about that ....felt like abit of racism towards my behalf complete change of attitude with my appearance compared to watching other costumers in front of me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Replying to a reply from ownership, of my review. In my review I said it was a hole, and should be avoided. Ownership asked about my specific issues. My review was based on my personal experiences at the Pub, over a ten plus year time frame. The only consistency is the overwhelming feeling of not being welcome - by staff and regulars. The food is hit and miss, but never great. Same goes for the Draught Beer. Hit & miss, but never great.
