J	Jordan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 3hrs 20mins to receive the delivery and I live a few blocks away. After 2hrs they called me to tell me they are out of the wings on my order. I was given a dessert as a substitute which was a lesser value than the wings. I understand that they are short staffed but my meal should be free or at least discounted at that point. I was a regular customer but I sadly can't order from Sidney Pizza hut again.
s	s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when they first opened it was great, now you can expect we have only ordered from Sidney location so far -no smiles, no thank you if you order at location or pickup -several missing items and a driver who assures us they will call to refund and they never do but never offers to bring us the items he himself forgot i didn't need the salad anyways lol -they must grease their pans cause several times including this time the pizza was nearly un edible, transparent on the bottom and so thin you had fold the wet mess over several times and eat with fork or it dissolved - overcooked chicken, forgetting the sauce its supposed to be tossed in - burnt and somehow still soggy bread sticks -stuffed crust (when they actual have it) is so dried out, if it weren't for the soggy crust helping to wash it down it wouldn't have been worth the effort. these franchises are set up to be consistent and these owners just cant get it right. I'm going to attempt to get my money back for the food they forgot but i paid for and if its like last time they will say they can only offer a credit..... *again, you didn't even bring it, you just took my money! so no you don't get the luxury of a credit option AND THE LOYALTY PROGRAM... dont rely on it, they have deleted our account "accidentally" 2 times when we have free pizzas on it. still not recovered those.
S	Stephen Pannekoek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pulled up in front of the restaurant and before I even got it of my truck I noticed the cashier and cook both had their masks fully off their faces around their chins. Then the delivery driver arrived, with no mask at all, and proceeded into the restaurant and packed an order then left. Sat there for a few minutes, no masks went up. Then I noticed some of the lights were burned out and the place looked filthy. Given not one of the staff were following their "enhanced" cleaning protocols listed on the poster on the front door I didn't even go in. Went to the nearby grocery store and upon return to my truck .. staff were still no masks until a customer walked in and they raced to put them up. Update I sent a formal complaint to pizza hut corporate shortly after posting. No response to date.

The pizza was horrible the meat lovers was burnt, no meat, just a small slice of pepperoni here and there, dough was 4x thicker than the toppings, Hawaiian pizza same no toppings just mostly dough, bread sticks all burnt couldn't eat them, the chicken bites and cookie was the only good part of the meal and that was so so. If I could give them a 0 I would. First and last time I will order from here. Try the other places down the road 100x better than here.
L	Lori Charles-Roberts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we waited an hour and a half for our pizza. in the past they have always been late but i have never complained and when i phoned tonight to see if the driver wasnt able to find out house as it's dark i did not complain. but when our pizza finally arrived and we opened the boxes a bite had been taken by someone...the driver i am assuming? covid is rampant!! i am livid!! i have always liked pizza hut and now we are afraid to eat there!! i was offered a free pizza on the next order ha!!
