Post Office Review: I don't know what it is about one particular staff member (Linda I think her name is...) that works the post office counter but she needs to have a major attitude adjustment. I don't care how busy your day has been or how stressed out you are, you do not snap at your customers and treat them like garbage. We all have our own battles and if you are working with customers, treat them with some kindness and respect. If you are THAT miserable with your job, then maybe it's time to find something else that doesn't require you to ever deal with the public.

Store itself is nice friendly staff, the woman at the postal outlet is totally unreasonable. Don’t know how she has a job

Not impressed with the pharmacy, my wife called early Monday morning to have her prescriptions filled and I showed up at 7pm and nothing had been done. I was told to wait or come back... what's the point of calling ahead if they don't do anything. I was also informed that all of a sudden my insurence isn't accepted and I would have to go online and submit my receips to get my money back. On top of that when I said "my wife called this morning to have these filled" the girl behind the desk (jamie) said "Nope" with attitude and I was standing next to my wife when she called. The manager took over because the girl couldn't even seem to focus on getting things sorted. The male pharmacist was great but that's the second time i have gotten attitude from the same girl. (the post office has always been great to me but I will be handling all my prescriptions at shoppers drugmart from now on)

Worst customer service I've had to deal with at a post office and in dealing with flex delivery packages. I had recently moved and had a change of address, therefore always provided extra forms of proof of identification and have been treated very poorly and they have not only provided little solution or support they clearly just do not want to provide me with any packages? And tell me it's my problem? Additionally, when I first arrived to get a package around 5 pm, ( they were to be open until 8pm that day) There was a sign stating they were closed due to lack of staff. There was a manager there still however and told me they were only available to help customers that needed to pick up packages. Not sure how often this happens? I won't be doing any future business with them and would recommend having your flex address set up somewhere else in Sidney area.

Probably the most useless Post Office around. I tried to set up mail-forwarding and the two young women working at the Canada Post outlet inside this Pharmasave had no idea how to do it. They insisted that I need a paper copy of proof of my new address, this is not a requirement. In fact, I confirmed this on their website and by calling a Canada Post rep on my cell while I was there. I even had the phone rep on speakerphone so they could hear that it is not a requirement (if it were I would have brought a paper copy, my electronic copy wasn't good enough!). Still, they refused to do their job because their manager (Brad) told them it's a requirement. Brad, you are wrong and you need to train your staff better. This was pitiful and a huge waste of time. I wouldn't even trust this place to mail a piece of letter mail. 0/5 stars

waiting In line for 16 minutes for a postal pick up and the older woman behind the counter says I need photo I’d for my company even though I gave her my drivers license and business card. Second time waited same amount of time get to the counter and she tells me the computer is down. I couldn’t come back but was instructed that I could have one of my employees pick it up if I sign the back and write the persons name on it and supply a business card. Office manager goes to pick up the parcel with all these things after waiting in line and she’s told by the same woman my signature is legible ? It’s my signature ! Crazy horrible service

I've never had a bad experience there. It's the only place I would consider getting my prescriptions in Sidney. Front till staff are friendly too. Everyone has been friendly and helpful, every time, and I've been using them for years. The post office is run by Canada Post, not the pharmacy, so it's unfortunate people are connecting the two here.
