It is pleasantly laid out, and their frequent "sales" are totally genuine...not creased up items brought in from somewhere else to mske a fast buck. The staff is amazing..helpful without being "pushy", and happy to give an honest opinion about how something looks on the customer even if it means they lose a sale. I respect that.

She has always been very sensitive to different body types and needs. She has been most professional, kind and helpful I cannot believe that she would ever treat anyone in any manner of disrespect. Perhaps you have your store mixed up Trish as I have been treated rudely in the past with another store on Beacon Ave.

I was pleasantly surprised at how each outfit that was hand selected for me by the sales associate seemed to fit perfectly. I had spent hours the weekend before at a number of stores and had come home empty handed and discouraged. Kudos to the sales associates for being so patient with me as I tried on more than just a few pieces! I am a big fan of the new Style Coast, keep doing what you're doing! Your selection of clothing keeps getting better and better; considering I am of the less than 5 ft tall crowd, it is a treat to find clothes that actually fit.
T	Trish Black-Whitaker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never, in my entire life, been so insulted by a sales associate. I have been to this business numerous times over the years, with no real issue. Today I came in looking for professional wear pants, to which I was feeling a bit defeated about, as my pant size can range anywhere from size 16-20, depending on the brand. It wasn't out of the realm of possibility that I could find such pants at this business. Well this particular sales associate (female senior, gray hair) made a very clear, rude comment about my size, eyeing me up and down and clearing her throat awkwardly. I promptly turned around and walked out. Your sales associate made me feel incredibly embarrassed and shamed. Who the heck even treats a customer like that? I have literally been to dozens of storefronts before and NEVER been treated like that before. Thankfully I walked a few blocks down and received fantastic service at another business, where I happily spent my money. Its the year 2022, bodies come in all different shapes, sizes and mobilities. Maybe try training your staff on that, in addition to having a modicum of tact and professionalism. I can confidently say I'll never come back here and will recommend other businesses for shopping.
