-Funny taste, kind of like a dirty pizza pan or dirty oven. idk ..just really strange taste.
-Crust did not rise. tough and chewy.
-Toppings skimpy. Not worth price.
Seems to me every place down in Mill BAY has trouble with food quality.
The McDonalds really really bad.
Will not order from this Pango in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best pizza I have ever ordered. Pizza was luke warm but to be fair that was expected because we live quite a distance from the reseraunt. Ordered a New York Deli. Hard to find the meat. There was some but cetainly no bacon. Some ham and some hot sausage but pretty sparse on evertthing else. Not recommending this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered 2 med pizzas, garlic cheezy bread, 4 dips and a 2 L pop. The time from order to delivery was alright but our pizza and cheezy bread was room temp at best. It appeared as if they took it off the heating lamp after it sat a couple hours. The toppings were almost non existent. We were so disappointed as we are low income and can only get take-out/delivery maybe once or twice a year. This has happened twice now. I gave it 2 stars because the delivery driver was friendly, happy and had a great attitude and because of that, he got a tip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza was not up to my expectations. Toppings were sparse and only covered the centre part of the pie leaving 2 inches of crust around the edge with nothing on it. Should have read the reviews before ordering. I will look elsewhere for a pizza.

I've ordered hundreds of pizzas/side/drinks from here, they have not made any mistakes yet! Absolutely great pizzas, fast, easy to order online or through the call center, nice staff. Would recommend.
Update March 2022:
Quality has degraded but a noticeable amount. Amount to toppings has decreased leaving much larger crust ring around outer area of pizza. The cutting of the pizzas have become very uneven, some slices are double the size of others. The great deals for good value combos have gone extinct. When this Panago first opened they were easily a 5-star pizza place, but now it's consistently a 3-star experience.

Wrong size, wrong toppings, missing toppings and a stellar job on slicing it up. Order placed on-line 4 hours in advance but looks like a rush job. Normally, a great place to order but they did not have the A-team on for this beauty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I often order a customized individual pizza that normally ends up costing about $12-13 because of the toppings I get. It is very frustrating to have this happen (more than once) where toppings are forgotten, slapped on after its cooked, to make the appearance that this is how it should look. I get that it gets busy, but for the high price of the extra toppings, we the customers really appreciate when you take the time to make the pizza right in the first place, and not look like a slapped together "oops I forgot something" lackluster job
