★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very disappointed with the sandwich I ordered as it had one thin slice of processed cheese and a couple of pieces of bacon on large pieces of bread for a cost of almost $8. As well they do not offer decaf lattes. Will no longer go to Tim Hortons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a new cinnamon oatmilk latte and received 1 shot of oatmilk with like 4 espresso shots... very gross in my opinion and not to mention a completely different dronk from what I wanted.. unfortunately left the location before trying or else I would have returned. More consistency please! I've ordered this new drink at other locations and it's been soo yummy. This one was like drinking a black coffee with cinnamon sprinkled on top.. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Tim Hortons is a joke. I don't know if the manager at this location has no idea how to order and keep stock levels up with demand, but they never have what you want to order. I often leave the drive through with nothing, and head to another restaurant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is horrible. Was in line up for 22 minutes. Few ppl behind me. Nobody came and attended to the only 1 till open. The entire focus was drive true. Why don't you close the place and have drive through only. Zero service inside .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. The manger was lying and said to me "I have to call my manager and when manger arrived he turned out to be the manager . It was simple refund process to get points in my mobile app.
Sorry Tim's I love your coffee, but if this is how they treat their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sandwich maker cleared our order before making my coworkers food, then tried to tell us we didn't order a second wrap. When finally preparing it he didn't put any of the ingredients in that are advertised (we both ordered spicy Buffalo wraps and mine was prepared correctly), the squished the wrap putting in into the container ripping it and making a mess
