★ ★ ★ ★ ★ have been kicked out the past 5 days, because i come in on my lunch to eat and they kick me out because i’m a “student” i’ve tried asking why multiple times and they just get rude and aggressive telling me to leave. i think it’s pathetic and very bad costumer service. would not recommend if your a student.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Originally gave this Macdonalds a 3 stars two years ago. It's actually worse now. I don't expect gourmet food or even good food but I do expect that what I order to be available if it's on the menu. Here is an example. Not once has there ice cream machine worked, no matter what time of the day it is. I always get "Sorry the machine is not currently working" or "It's down for maintenance". Down for maintenance during you dinner rush???? I know I'll always be disappointed going to this Macdonalds but choice are slim in Mill Bay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impolite costumer service have been kicked out multiple times with no explanation. Apparently because I attend high school I’m not aloud to sit and enjoy my food but they don’t tell you that till after you’ve already bought their food. All staff had very bad attitudes and were not friendly to talk to or ask questions. Order is always wrong and have to wait such a long time usually it ends up being cold. Would not recommend coming to this McDonald’s. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 10 minutes in line. Told too pull ahead so I can wait for fries, at 1:45pm(kinda weird there isn’t a bin of these things layin around at all times). Waited 8 minutes before leaving. Assuming my cheeseburger would be cold by that point.
