★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were at your location at Mill Bay on Vancouver Island today at 5.00P.m. and very disappointed with your service for the 2nd time. 5 of your staff were very noisy and just goofing around. A few drive throughs and 4 people at a table, when we were there. All window tables needed to be wiped down and we had to ask for someone to wipe our table. .
I went to the wash room and it was a disgrace , the sink, urinal and it goes on. The grounds needed to have stuff picked up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive thru so slow, the lady at the window was incredibly rude, I asked for onion rings and received an answer as if I should know they sold out at lunch time, so I received cold, and stale French fries instead. A&W is good food, this location could do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the best fast food burger pattie that I've ever had. The texture was soft and juicy, the flavor was great. The toppings worked wonders and the bun matched the rest in quality. All the more reason to visit Mill Bay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are insane!! $10 for only strips and fries I expect something decent. Strips were cold and soggy - disgustingly inedible. "Smoothie" was like candy and not even full! Service was incredibly rude. Stopped in on the way back from Victoria but will drive through next time. A&W used to be second-home, now it's disappointment after disappointment. This was the worst!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A&W in mill bay. Ordered a combo. Got my drink. Got my food but no fries. Asked a guy behind counter for my fries. He hands me my fries. As soon as he walks around the corner the other guy says "I didn't charge you for fries" I told him that I ordered a combo. He said "well I didn't charge you for a fries" He demanded that I pay again for the fries even though it says combo on the till. I took the fries out of the bag and set them on the counter and said "I do not want these fries anymore even though I payed for them already" so I set them on the counter and a few fell out of the pouch (unintentionally) then he picks the fries up puts the dirty counter fries back in the bag and then put the fries back on the heat rack. As I stood there disgusted I watched him grab the fries from the top and put them on a different rack and a few seconds after that he grabbed them for a third time, and put them in the next guys bag. Absolutely disgusting.
We will never be going back to eat food already touched by 3 people
