★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice quiet location I come here off and on because I have a significant other in the same town and today my app made my order in another city even though I was close to the ridgetown Tim hortons. It was a very small order but luckily the guy made it for me anyhow it was great and that guy was donald. So I don't know if he's like a closer but if you come across Donald you're going to get extra great service. He had such a don't worry about it we appreciate your business type of an attitude and I will come to this Tim Hortons over and over it is such a great place thanks Donald you made my night....

Tim Hortons used to brag about how fast they could get a customer in and out. But now with their newly added food its almost always a five minute wait for a coffee.
Not to mention 90 percent of them seem to have these reheated frozen donuts anyhow.
So much for 'always fresh' maybe it should be 'unclean and frozen' for the new motto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and crabby staff. Several times I've had to use this tim hortons and half of the coffees didn't even have sugar or just tasted off. Guess the staff attitude soaks into the coffee.
