F	Frank Gibbins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food and drink, and good service too. I’ve been going to Brewskys for a year or so every Monday and Friday night during mountain biking season. There are three or four of us that drop in for a meal and a pint after our twice weekly rides. Recently, they have started hosting Music Bingo on Friday nights. While I’m sure it’s popular with the Millenials, the music and the emcee are egregiously loud and obnoxious (you only ever hear a 20 second snippet of any given song) so you simply can’t enjoy your meal, nor a conversation. While I’m sure it won’t make a difference to the management who likely think they have won the lottery as dozens of thirsty 30-somethings drink themselves stupid, I won’t be back on Friday nights anymore. It’s just too loud and caustic. I can honestly say that my experience the last two Friday nights was terrible.

However a few months ago it seemed to deteriorate. Today , we had a couple of bizarre sandwiches. The first was a clubhouse, but it was served in a small round bun. . It had a nice slab of Turkey in there along with some salad, but I couldn't tell if there was any bacon in there. It was a real mess to eat! The other sandwich was even stranger as it was a beef dip, but served on a ROUND pretzel bun, which made it impossible to dip! ! We wondered if we should have poured the aus jus over the bun and eat it with a spoon.

They came out and at first they looked just as big and good, but as we got into them, we quickly realised that they were nowhere near as loaded as the earlier ones. Soon we were left with a pile of bare chips! Then shock #2 when the bill came as it looked as though the price had increased by 20%! Service was good though and we did mention the lack of cheese etc.

Thought we would love the pub at Brentwood Bay Resort more (because of the view), but this place wins overall, especially when it comes to service. Incredible staff, amazing food, and always an enjoyable experience. Thanks Brewsky’s!
S	SheriandRex Robertson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always like the atmosphere, comfortable and bright. Lots of TVs if you enjoy sports. My Loaded burger was great though my husband's Schnitzle burger, which was deep fried, was overdone and chewy. Our server was attentive and sympathetic. ?
G	Genna Eve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was amazing here. One of the waitresses went above and beyond to help me find a ride to the butterfly gardens since our car rental fell through. Kids and I were very emotions sick from the taxi that we took to get there and she helped us out with a great gentleman who drives the shuttle. I don't remember your names but thank you both you really made that day so much easier

Large but comfortable sports pub atmosphere with you typical west coast style menu. Halibut burger was outstanding and not overcooked and my companion had battered cod fish tacos that she was very happy with. Prices were very reasonable.

It was a very cold snowy day, and I asked for hot water, and our server was so kind to bring a pot with some lemon. It’s the little things. Lots of seating space, but there’s a limit of 6 people per table following the covid restrictions. Since we were 6 adults plus a baby we had to be seated on 2 separate tables that were close to each other. Good free restaurant parking.
