β β β β β A nice varied menu, something for all of us. We recommend a reservation. Service and atmosphere are typical neighbourhood pub, cozy and quaint. There are even a few covered and heated outdoor spaces.

β β β β β Food was decent, but atmosphere was homey and friendly! Appetizers on the table were chicken tenders (not worth it, very few), calimari (very worth it), and perogies (extremely worth it, very generous quantities and delicious). I had the salmon with pasta for a main course and found the salmon perfect but the pasta to be overly buttery and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Shared chowder with a friend and it was a little flavorless compared to chowders at Ferris' Grill and Red Fish Blue Fish. Her seafood pasta was also far better than my own dish - would recommend that over the salmon entree.

β β β β β if ur in the hood .. n like poutine ... I saw an enormous pile of it head over to a table ... it was a good old fashioned pile of fries... gravy.. n cheese ... ridiculous in a great way ?
my salmon burger n fries was also AwSuM... and waitress was great

β β β β β We dropped in for a light lunch. I had a very very good seafood chowder, my wife had a great Ceasar salad, we finished it off with shared potatoes skins. And of course Hoyne Pilsner. Great atmosphere. No smugglers spotted! Lots of students I guess learning the trade..

β β β β β We were out touring in ebikes and ended up here for lunch. Surprised at how tasty the cod and salmon burgers were as the interior suggests more greasy boring pub food. The buns were squishy fresh! Friendly staff to top it off.

Cocktails were heavy on ice and tasted only 1oz.
Chicken Burger and Cove burger were delicious. Other 3 tables were getting nachos. Definitely will be back again to try the nachos.

β β β β β We stopped by for lunch today and it was disappointing. I ordered the most expensive item on their menu list steak and fries for 30$ and got plate full of brown fries, looked like overdone but tasted moreless fine, with a little piece of tasteless beef that wasn't seasoned just had more fried things on top and plastic sauce from bottle. Other than that other meals where fine and ambience in the pub was nice too. We were served by attentive waitress.

β β β β β Just happened to be in the neighbourhood today because Iβve moved close to the neighborhood.
Saw the Smugglers Cove pub sign and decided to stop for lunch.
I ordered the smugglers burger with cheddar and mushrooms,fries and gravy.
The fries just so happened to be hand cut.
OMG it was delicious. A hand made patty with lettuce, red onion, pickle and tomato.
Cheddar and mushrooms were an addition.
