Aniz was very friendly and explained all the options very clearly, and was not pushy in any way! Ended up replacing all my tires since they were 7 years old anyways. They also found that Canadian Tire installed the wrong size tires on my car (they showed me the correct size listed on the sticker on my car, and actual size of the tire). Highly recommend!

He knew exactly what I was looking for and made great recommendations. Dropped my car off in the morning today, Aniz even gave me a call to give me an update while they were working on it and was super pleased with the new set. I'll be coming back here every season to switch out tires ?

I had them change and store my tires and they were so friendly and their prices are extremely fair compared to other places in KW! I also had an issue with one of my rims and they were very accommodating not only in giving me the number of someone who could get me a perfect match and deliver it to the shop for them to put on. So easy! I will be taking all my business here. Finding a shop that doesn’t speak down to younger female customers or push unnecessary extras on you seems to be rare nowadays so when you find a gem like Dial A Tire, you stick with it!!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating as I was trying to fit this service appointment between my work meetings. They were very quick with their updates on progress and weren't pushy as other shops tend to be. They arranged the approvals for new tires and the service was completed quickly with minimal disruption to my work day. Highly recommend them and will definitely be back again!

Provided great prices on break work for my spouses car as well as used tires. They showed expert knowledge when I had issues putting my winter tires on and thought I needed new winter rims, (turned out it was the cheap lug nuts Canadian Tire sold me). They also provided great prices on new all season tires in the Fall and most recently new Winter tires in December. Thanks for your honesty and great customer service. We will keep coming back for any future auto or tire needs.

I simply did what it is said on their website: I need a tire so I Dial A Tire. :) I think I got the owner on the phone that did everything to see if they have something available for me, which was the case. I came there, got given great explanations and had the time to carefully check the tires they found me. Less than 30min later, they were on my car! I now have those tires on for a little less than 1000km and got no problem so far, I am actually very glad I have it especially with all the snow we currently have. Very happy with the service they provided me and I will come back for sure if my car needs anything. Thanks again!

Throughout the whole job they called me several times to update me and be clear with everything they were doing and everything they charged me. When I had another issue with my car they took my car in immediately and were able to fix it. Overall I am very happy with the service, and the communication. Would highly recommend.
