Compared to other dealer I worked with, Tom was caring and answered the questions I have patiently. Darryl (sales manager) also took his time to answer some of my questions. I had a great experience with them. I definitely recommend to work with them!

I should update my previous review based on my new experience with Forbes Toyota (although I keep the former one posted around one month ago, since I believe it's still valid): I bought a used safety-certified Mazda-3 from Forbes Toyota Waterloo in Mid-September. After about one month I found out that it had some technical problems. So, I returned to Forbes Toyota and they worked on it for a while and then informed me that it was due to an internal and invisible defect relating to the fuel system (rusting of the internal pipes). Although they could fix that issue, they advised me to change the Mazda-3 with another car for peace of mind (to prevent future inconveniences), while offering some promotions on the swapped car. I don't know how many dealerships in this area provide such facilities and these kinds of support for their customers, especially when you purchase a used vehicle, but I believe it is a routine policy in "Forbes Toyota Waterloo". The whole process was conducted by Mike Gibson (Sales Manager) & Jason Stainton (General Manager), with the assistance of my good friend, Pedro. Thank you Dear Mike, Thank you Dear Jason, and Thank you Dear Pedro. Previous comment (posted in Oct 2021): Excellent experience with buying my first car in Canada at Forbes Toyota Waterloo with Pedro. He is great and very helpful with the sales process. He is also conscientious and friendly. You may trust his words and he does his best to satisfy you as much as he can, during the deal. Pedro is really a smart salesperson who knows how to convince you to return to Forbes Toyota for future deals.

They are frauds don’t fall for their sweet words at the beginning you’ll see their real face once everything is finalized and they have ruined your credit by checking it 5 times without your concern and lie to you about giving the winter tires with the car too which they won’t at the end saying that you’ve got all season tires which is for no use in winters I checked them with Canadian tire services. I’m a student plus full time employee and I don’t get time to go there and ask over and over to give me my tires but they’ve stopped replying my texts and answering calls. Plus, I even heard his manager walking with the financial manager saying “I don’t want the payment to go down” when I faced him he denied that the manager was talking about me and fooled me as a young student with no experiences of all these frauds.

Had a great experience buying my 2022 Tundra. Pedro was wonderful to work with and Kristian in financing was amazing as well. The whole purchasing transaction was smooth. I'd highly recommend this dealership.

From the first email with our sales rep right to the final moments of picking up our new 4Runner and then the drop off and pickup with service, our experience with Forbes Toyota has been nothing short of perfection! Our sales rep Mihajlo was patient, informative and the whole team worked to make sure we were happy leading up to and including the final purchase of our vehicle. Throughout the entire process we were genuinely treated like family. Took my car in for tire swap, oil change, transmission fluid and coolant replacements. Was given an estimate of 2 hours.....it was finished in a little over one hour. They were kind enough to wash my car when I asked. They allow you to let your dog wait with you..a big plus for me. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. The dealership is very clean and well managed.
