★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most amazing experience with purchasing my first Range Rover. My salesman was Jameel Razack and he was patient knowledgeable and very kind.
He was very personable and took the time to make sure I understood everything.
Although this is my first Range Rover it definitely won’t be my last because of Jameel.
If you are in the market for an amazing car and great Service go see Jameel :) you won’t regret it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment on Monday December 13th 2021 for an oil change and on the day of the appointment they called me and told that it was double booked and to reschedule it for Thursday December 16th 2021 so comes Thursday i was on my way for my appointment they called me yet again it was double booked thats twice in the same week i was furious they are very unorganized unprofessional i can understand if they double booked once but twice come on i wish there was another Landrover dealership coz these clowns are ruining the reputation for the Landrover & Jaguars cars with their lousy services they are offering.

I brought my extremely dusty Defender in after it was covered with body repair dust from another company and they couldn't be more accommodating for me! Dan sent me around to their wash bay and had a tech show me the wash equipment and in no time, my Ivy was almost as pristine as the day she was born in '98. Way above and beyond LR Waterloo!! Always take your Land Rover home! Thank you!

Jacek(parts manager) is truly brilliant at his job, always willing and eager to help. Being a true car enthusiast he has been an absolute joy to deal with. In Last 5 month my car sitting there more than 3 months with different issues every time it's been 3rd time my car in service for breakdown.
They won't provide any better solution which caused lots of problems.
Always their part in in back orderd from UK it takes several weeks to come and leave you without any car not the rental as well
I never recommend anyone to buy anything from there even 1 cents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An extremely unpleasant experience, price for the service items not mentioned prior. Be careful when receiving quote for the service. They might quote 1375 as thirteen seventy five not one thousand three hundred and seventy five. No valet service or vehicle borrowing if outside waterloo. Expect last minute surprises even from the GM. Very unprofessional behavior.
If you can spare time and travel, choose to visit landrover London. Chris Johnson, Melanie and the rest of the team are extremely competent and helpful. If you're expecting a Landover type of service avoid going to waterloo branch.

I spoke to Sue in Service and she was AMAZING. Very kind and positive, helped explain some minor details to me.
Ashley was also so very helpful, took the time to ask me if I wanted a coffee and offered to shuttle me to the other side of town.
I would recommend bringing your Land Rover to this team of amazing individuals.
