★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have brought my Tiguan into this dealership for service many times now. I keep going back because the service is great and Mitch keeps you up to date on the progress of your vehicle.
They will recommend repairs but don't push them on you.
I would highly recommend this Volkswagen to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ming did an outstanding job when I wanted to purchase a used vehicle at this dealership. I am located in Ottawa, but Ming did everything he could to ensure that I was comfortable with the deal before travelling from Ottawa to finalize (including facetime tour of the car). He was prompt responding to my questions and concerns, and was honest and professional. Most of our interaction was over the phone but I felt like I was in good hands every step of the way. I would highly recommend working with him.
Mike, the service manager, also went above and beyond to arrange a service for me at a local dealership once I was home in Ottawa. He reached out to multiple locations on my behalf to ensure I was looked after. He is totally professional and a pleasure to be in contact with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a service appointment for my golf and yes I was late for my appointment but that didn’t matter. They were very understanding with why I was late. Matt and Brad were very helpful and answered all my questions. The weather was horrific that day but they still made the common area a super environment to be in. Overall a wonderful experience and the wait wasn’t so bad especially with the big selection of hot beverages and snacks. Would recommend this dealership

My car was very well maintained by its first owner, therefore the interiors look clean and fresh. And Volkswagen Waterloo fixed the little snags that show up in a 10-year old car. If I'm buying a VW car, I will definitely purchase it from Volkswagen Waterloo.
