I had a poor experience with this dealer while in the market for a new CX-5. I had called in to the dealer asking what we can do in terms of a competitive price and they said they can help me but we can only discuss this in person. Fine, I understand. So I drove out to meet with their sales team and discuss what pricing we can do on a CX5 GT with approx. $1000 in accessories. After a few minutes of the salesperson speaking with management, they came back to me with a $3 discount vs what Mazda Canada was showing me. This comes out to a 0.007% discount on a $40,000+ product. To be blunt, it was insulting. If the dealer doesn't want to do any discounts, fine, no problem. Its well within their right. But don't tell me on the phone "you have to come in so we can see what kind of deal we can work out for you" to offer me $3 off. That's an insult and disregard to my time. I ended up purchasing from a different dealer which was able to meet my 2.5% discount request.

I highly recommend this dealership! DC, Samantha, and Mike were awesome! Very professional and patient. I seem to be one of the employees coz I kept coming back to their office :) I prefered asking my questions and discuss about the purchase in person because I feel comfortable talking with them. No pressure, no sales talk. They listen and understand what you want. They explain things thoroughly and let you decide. If you're looking for a Mazda (new or used), come to this dealership.

Absolutely love this dealership. From the second you walk in the door you feel welcomed. Samantha was very helpful & filled with lots of information. The entire process was so easy & I didn’t feel any kind of pressure. I will definitely return again.

Had gone to another Mazda dealer prior to my trip to Forbes. Obviously the pandemic has put tremendous strain on the auto industry so supply was limited. Tyler greeted us on arrival, he was great with us from the get go. I had tried a CX 5 with no turbo, was not super impressed. There was a demo GT turbo on the lot, we took it out for a ride and it was night and day. Tyler was awesome as they currently didn't have the colour I was after but found it for me at another dealer. My purchasing experience was great all the way through, Tyler and Joel are both really awesome and we enjoyed ourselves so much we came back 3 weeks later and bought another car! Couldn't recommend the sales team more and the service department is awesome too!

Forbes is the best Mazda dealership, nah, scratch that, the best dealership in town. I have had serval good experiences with people in Forbes Mazda. They GENUINELY care about you, and willing to go above and beyond to help you. They won’t push you to make any rational decisions with any so called sales tricks, instead, they offer solutions that would really help their customers. Going to other dealerships feels like going to a battle, while coming to Forbes feels like coming to home. Thank you guys for doing such a fantastic job!

Just purchased a brand new Mazda 3 sedan (Deep Crystal Blue) from Nathaniel. He was kind, professional, and presented me the best deals on the first day. Joel was very helpful throughout the process. Given that we are in an uncertain environment due to covid-19, I signed the purchase agreement, paid the deposit and told them that I need this car to be able to commute to work and I might cancel the deal if my employer asks me to work remotely. Nevertheless, they found and brought the vehicle on their premises to make sure this car will be available if I decide to pick it up and they waited for my final decision. This shows their flexibility and professionalism. Thank you Nathaniel and Joel!

My experience with Forbes team was outstanding. They go above and beyond in every step. We wanted a 2022 Mazda 3, Mackenzie was very transparent, told us it wasn't in stock and they were expecting a few end of Feb. The way her, her manager, the finance team navigated the deal shows how professional and helpful they were. When they knew my wife was in her last weeks of pregnancy, they offered a free rental (CX-5) which was a higher class than the car we ordered, to make sure we're covered for medical visits and delivery just in case. Their delivery time and updates were very precise, emails were timely, car arrived last 10 days of Feb as Mackenzie initially projected. The experience you receive when you go to pick up the car is as equally impressive. They explained all small and big details. Matters relating to finance program, payments, maintenance, upkeep of car, all clearly explained. Couldn't think of a better experience to be honest. Mackenzie, Dave, Maria, I hope you see this. I just purchased a new Mazda 3 Sport. I was originally looking for a used car, but with used car prices so high, and the competitive prices offered for a new car here, it was an easy decision to buy new, for only a little extra over the cost of used. Staff were professional and helpful. There wasn't a lot of pressure, even with all of the add-on options. Communication could have been a bit better as I had to chase a bit to resolve an issue with wanting to reuse some rims from my last Mazda 3 that I was trading in. They had an internal miscommunication and no one told me, so I had to do a bit of extra running around. In the end though, I got it resolved. If you are looking for something specific, you will likely need to wait a couple of months, as there isn't a lot of stock available just sitting on the lot, but that will be the same across the industry, no matter where you go. Two weeks in and everything is running smoothly and I'm enjoying the new vehicle. This is my third Mazda and my second purchased at this dealership. I'd certainly consider returning again when my next vehicle needs to be replaced.
