★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once upon a time we were able to call directly to the place of business to order parts. Now you have this call center which is ABSOLUTELY disfunctional . Over 40 minutes and still NO ONE answers. Trying to track a part to which you already have my money. After this will NO LONGER use your service or company. Absolutely ridiculous. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During this time when so many companies are using Covid as an excuse for poor customer service it was such a treat to deal with Reliable Parts. They shipped my item in 2 days. One of the items didn't work and when I contacted them they were quick to send me a replacement with no hassles.

Every time I call to ask for a status, I get varying answers on when it will be shipped.
This shows how dysfunctional and unorganized they are.
I do not recommend Reliable Parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not advise to pay Reliable Parts money in advance, they do not answer calls and letters and do not help at all with personal contact. When I ordered all the goods were in stock in Waterloo, but after they received the money, Reliable Parts said that I had to wait 5 weeks more. I already met with the manager and he said that the products from my order are in stock, but he will not give them to me, since he must wait for confirmation from the main office and then I received an email with a proposal to wait 5 weeks ...As a result, they managed in 2 weeks from the date of order. Not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrific service. I returned a fridge filter I no longer needed. I emailed the return address I found on their website and got a reply in 10 minutes. I went to the local store in Waterloo. The funds for the return were in my VISA account in 5 minutes. Thanks!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service supplying parts for our 2013 Kenmore/Bosch dishwasher. Easy to order online and pay and the price was extremely reasonable and part arrived very quickly. Pickup was super fast and friendly. Highly recommended and will use Reliable Parts again as my first choice.
