The sales agent Bradley was professional, responsive by phone and email. No issues with the delivery and moving my other freezer to the garage.

We have purchased all our appliances from this business over the last 18 years. Today we picked up our new dishwasher. They were abrupt, rude and in general unpleasant. I felt like apologizing for bothering them. I had ordered online so I didn’t deal with sales person. In the end, I got a great dishwasher and went on my way. I guess we are in different times. No one appears to need our business. This place isn’t cheap but they have good products.

I don't want to give even one star. I spend more than $13000.for my all appliances on Apr 2020 when i moved to new home. i have so much trouble about the my fridge but it's so long stories and so awful but I don't talk about that. one of my ordered dishwasher but still I didn't get it yet (today Dec 9.2021)and sale's man also never call me for delay and whatever say something for that. and I asked cancel and refund but they said can cancel but no refund..what!!! what's different with thief. it's over $1000. I never ever seen like this company in my life and so terrible service. It's a company that only knows how to make profits.very selfish company. customer's service also terrible and this companys are No responsibility for customers. very very terrible awful and disappointed.

Not happy we waited a whole month for our new dryer . My wife struggled to do laundry by having to hang dry with a fan and we finally got our new dryer my wife noticed that it was damaged. It has a dent on top and bottom from delivery.

I met the worse sales person ever. I went to the Brantford location on March 14, 2022 after 6 PM. There was only one sales person there and we were alone in the store. I told him I wanted a cheap fridge for beers and he said "there is our cheapest fridge" and walk away. I was there for another 10 minutes and he paid no attention to me. I decided I wanted to buy the fridge and went to talk to him by the front desk and he went on the phone and ignored me. I waited another 2 minutes and left. That was my only experience there. I know I wont be going there when I need to replace my appliances.

Purchased a barbecue from TA in April 11th which I was told was in stock in there Kitchener warehouse. After 10 days I heard nothing so I called. The person I talked to said it was not in stock and I needed to talk to the salesperson who sold it to me. He was not in so I left a voicemail. I heard nothing. I called back on Monday the 25th and was told the salesperson was off sick. I explained my situation to the gentleman who answered the phone and he was of very little help. In fact he basically told me that I could not have been told that. He wouldn’t give me an update on my order and told me hopefully my salesperson would be back today.Needless to say I am not very impressed.

Let me start out by saying the sales people I dealt with with excellent. Kevin and Ray did a great job. My problem is with the Store Manager. We purchased $16,000 in appliances for our kitchen renovations. All appliances worked and fit except the Range Hood/insert. You think this would be an easy, β€œlet’s just pick another and do an exchange” but the store manager insists on making it into a fight and refuses to exchange this one for another. The problem with the hood was that it was too tall and the angle it needed to be installed would leave a one inch gap. I pointed out that we had kitchen build plans the whole time and the sales team had access to these as well. They helped me select the appliances and this was an easy thing to miss. It was a simple mistake and not a giant issue. After 10 minutes of back and forth he got very condescending and rude asking me β€œwho do you expect to cover the loss for taking this back” and finished the phone call by telling me β€œI don’t give a F’ing S-word if you talk to Tim Witzel, I’m not taking it back” (Tim is the owner).” He then hung up the phone on me. He was also very rude to my wife prior to this and brought her to actual tears in their last interaction. DO NOT BUY HERE! At least until this manager is removed.

We have been dealing with TA in Brantford for a long time, we upgraded our BBQ and smoker summer of 2021 and recently added in some nice new bar fridges in our kitchen. I'm not one to leave reviews but these guys deserve it! Shortly after our fridge purchase our Broil King smoker decided to quite on us with an auger issue, we contacted Broil King and they said the parts we needed were on a back order, we were given some dates but time dragged on. We contacted Kerry at the store who we always deal with, Kerry was happy to step in and help us out in dealing with the manufacture, he made things happen and we are back in business now and very happy! I've read a few reviews here, remember its not TA or the sales staff that have anything to do with product issues, but I will stand behind saying that they are happy to help you, they sure did hep me and will always have me business.
