I then came back to Parkway Ford, asking if they could get me a Ford Mustang Mach e, similar to the one I test drove a few months earlier. John Renaud was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did he find the exact vehicle that I was looking for, he managed to get it to me within two months and it he did it all with a smile, a great sense of humour and the utmost professionalism. The car buying experience isn't always a pleasant one, but the experience I had with John was phenomenal. He was always available, responded to my questions instantly, including on weekends, and his follow-up was impeccable. I highly recommend this dealership, and John in particular, for anyone hoping to take the stress out of the car-buying experience. Well done.

She was very helpful to make sure we had all the information we needed to make a confident purchase and ensure we were thrilled with our Mustang purchase. Stacey was great explaining everything we needed about financing and helping us get the best extended warranty tailored specifically for Our our needs . It was our first visit to Parkway .We came from an hour out of town late in the evening just before Christmas holidays but were never rushed and instead treated like friends and old customers. They even welcomed our 2 dogs into the showroom and Nancy walked them while we were with Stacey! When we returned for the vehicle it was the same great treatment and Nancy expertly took us through all the documents and paperwork, registration , licensing etc. Nancy signed us up with the Ford App , synced my phone to the car and the car came with a full tank of gas ! I would happily recommend Nancy and everyone at Parkway for their vehicle needs. Buying a car is a complicated process today but Nancy made it a fun and enjoyable experience. We’ll return in the future for our next vehicle.

We bought this car in February and was a bit hesitant to take the tire protection because what would the likelihood of getting a flat tire be???‍♀️ In less than 2 months, and before our first service, surely we got a "spectacular" flat!! Luckily it was on Weber St., just 2 mins away from the dealership. Unfortunately, it was after the Service Department had closed ? but a staff member from the showroom who was in the yard when the car came in (don't know her name) was super helpful with the key drop-off procedure and the tire was repaired the next day by John, with no out-of-pocket cost!!???

I would have loved to buy my car from her but unfortunately FORD wasn’t the right fit for me at this time. The 2022 KIA EV 6 was the winner by a long shot. I will certainly refer my family and friends to her in the future. The entire process was enjoyable. I have had some very bad experiences with other sales people at other dealerships in the past. It has made me hate going into dealerships. I could see why online sales has taken off. It’s clear to me she puts her customers first. Nancy will help give car sales people a better name and maybe encourage more people to come into a dealership again. Thanks Nancy and we will see you in the future when shopping for a car again.
