★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My purchasing experience with Will Hurren was excellent. With a second child on the way in less then a month I had very specific time line as well as specific needs and a firm budget. Will was able to navigate this situation for me and find a vehicle for me without compromising on any of the criteria I had provided. Will had an excellent knowledge of the truck’s features and had enough mechanical knowledge to answer questions I had about different components of the vehicle. He also was very informed on the quality of the certified Preowned program which gave me confidence in the quality of used vehicles sold at Forbes. Forbes motors GM was a welcoming environment. Clear communication between the staff led to an informed purchase process. All terms, costs and additional benefits of my purchase were made clear to me in a timely and professional fashion.

From the minute I walked in the staff went above and beyond, polite helpful in every way and well versed in what it would take to repair my vehicle. I dealt with various people there the receptionist. J. W. appraiser and the rest of the front end crew. I received a call that my vehicle was done same friendly and knowledgeable service. Once all was said and done I was blown away that they had detailed the whole vehicle which I was never expecting. My one regret is that I left without going back in to say Thank You to all that were involved. So this review is a big THANK YOU to the front end staff and the superb technicians that treat me and my vehicle like Royalty . Thanks again Forbes Collision Center. Your the best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forbes doesn't just sell you a car. They stand behind their products. I recently purchased a 2022 Cadillac CT4-v Blackwing and was not happy with the factory paint finish. It had swirls, a few blemishes, and even a couple small dents. Brent and the rest of the team stepped up and worked with GM to make things right and the results are amazing. Thank you to the entire Forbes team.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Hannah to get this all in order & dealt with.
Hannah is absolutely amazing to deal with & a pleasure to talk to on the phone & extremely efficient at her job. She went above & beyond for us. Exceptional customer service is very hard to find today but Hannah provides you with this type of customer service.
We will definitely deal with Forbes in the future & highly recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service manager Reid Wallace was hugely helpful and thorough in his communication with me and his management of an expensive repair that was needed for my Vehicle. He went well above my expectations in addressing my concerns and helping me come to a place of peace and thanksgiving for the work being done on my car. Grant Rutland my advisor was also helpful and I appreciate the conversations we had together and the information and guidance he provided in the process. It sounds like the Mechanical team who worked on my car was experienced and engaged in doing a proper job for me and I am very thankful for this. Through the context of this experience, I was able to come away from this experience more thankful and blessed in paying $3500 for my repairs than if I had paid nothing at all. That reminds me how awesome it was to experience the example of someone (Reid and Grant) under-promising, and over-delivering, in regards to the service and specifically with the price being below what I was informed it could be. May the Lord bless them and their team for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apologies for sharing this review late. But it has to come out there. A Big Shout Out to Ben from the Tire Services team. He is an excellent person and has provide the best service. Unfortunately my new tires from Forbes GM Motors got punctured against a defected city man hole by the curb (for no fault of mine). Even though the Tires were in Warranty but it would not cover for this type of incidents. Ben collected all my papers and worked on my case to get me new tire within the warranty. He truly made my Holidays great. I want to Thank him and his team for the wonderful service that they provide. Wish him and his family Happy Holidays.

We purchased our first vehicle with Brent back in 2018 and he made everything operate smoothly, without stress, and ensured all of our thoughts and preferences were heard. We then had the pleasure of using the service department for regular maintenance which is always timely, well done, and a pleasant visit. We’re in the process of a trade in during pandemic times and Brent has continued to remain honest, transparent, and accommodating. I could not recommend another dealership or team more than Brent at Forbes.
