There was some cover up body work dome to hide some rust and damage... owner called and followed up offering to help in response to review.

A	Alex Gardner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mechanics at this place majorly helped me out when nobody else was open for the holidays many years ago, so I always wanted to come back to buy a car. Recently made my way in to get a 2015 Nissan Altima. It was a very low pressure experience, I didn't feel like I was pushed above my budget. I waited until well after the included warranty was expired to review. So far: -Car drives great -No problems, had it checked over by my own mechanic -it was clean inside and out, might as well have been brand new Very satisfied with the car. I also traded in, and I feel I received a fair price. Any company has to turn a profit, so if you deal with them you obviously will not get the maximum value. However, it was very convenient buying from them, and the trade in saved me some tax. I would buy here again, and I recommend them based on my experience.

There's literally hundreds of them for sale within a 3 1/2 hr drive from home. Chose Carimex because of their more than competitive pricing. Spoke to Peter on the phone and he basically told me the van was in great shape. No hyperboles, just straight answers to my questions. Made the drive, met Peter in person, and the van was as described to me over the phone. Negotiations couldn't have been smoother,... no BS hidden fees! Felt completely at ease and never any trepidation at committing to the deal. A few days later Carimex delivered my wife's new, (well,... like new) van to our driveway in Windsor for less than half of what most other dealers had quoted me. Can't ask for more than that!
M	Mohammad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though the sales man was amazing and helpful throughout the process, The One star review represents the experience with the car itself (2015 Hyundai Sonata -44000km). Carimex had to fix the brakes 2 weeks after I bought it. Engine light turned on less than 40 days after I got it. I was told that warranty was only 30 days and that I need to take it to a Hyundai dealership where it costed me $497 to fix. Edit: I was contacted by the general manager who was very professional and polite, he also offered to cover the cost of fixing this issue. Thank you Peter.

Drove out from Toronto to look at a Toyota Camry Hybrid because of Peter’s excellent customer service on the phone. I definitely recommend Carimex Auto Sales. Support local business!
G	Gregg Vair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been looking at a car they have had on their lot for about 2 weeks. The vehicle is listed about $1000 over its blue book value. On top of that its has had a damage claim. I went to check out the vehicle, after a test drive a gentleman asked me if I wanted it. I gave him my offer and he said no and I was turned away quite quickly. I then called back about a week later to ask why the vehicle is priced so high, which then I was told by another sales person that that is what it was brought onto the lot for. I am going to believe that may be incorrect. A family member of mine then went in, as I was frustrated with the process I have been dealing with. They were told cars right now are way too hard to find and they wont be willing to work with us. I am not saying we wanted $5000+ off, we simply wanted to place a reasonable offer on a vehicle based on its current selling value and its reported damage. We were unable to get any assistance from any sales people on the reasoning for decisions Please do not anticipate them to work with you. Paying cash or finance, your business doesn't matter to them As well as the blue book values are updated once a week to maintain consistency and up-to-date information. These are not old values for any vehicle
