★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was pleasure working with Sales rep Jan Gunash at Waterloo Volvo. Especially his detailed explanation about the car. Because of his response and attitude over the phone, I travelled from Toronto to Waterloo ( 1 hrs 45 min drive) to check the vehicle.
I originally went to a different Volvo dealershop closer to Toronto to test drive the car; unfortunately, we didn't have a pleasant welcome there.
Meantime, my wife and I felt extremely comfortable throughout the process at Waterloo Volvo. Jan Gunash even took all three colour cars out from the yard for us to compare and assist in picking the right one. He was very genuine in explaining the packages and accessories.
Especially, when we went to pick up the car with my kids ( 5yrs, 3yrs), he decorated the car for them and made unforgettable moments for my kids...
I would strongly recommend Jan Gunash at Waterloo Volvo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing but poor service. Brought my car in for service paid Volvo prices for oil change 509$ Did so knowing that they would understand the car better than anyone else. Left the dealership 20mins into my drive home the car engine light comes on. Call service dept. Explained the problem spoke with Ken first thing he stated it wasn’t anything we did to cause this problem. Asked him how to solve my problem he was to speak with manager. NEVER HEARD BACK. Thé worst service ever!!!
Would love to give no stars for rating!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always get excellent service at this dealership but today my appt didn’t show up on their system and so i was worried they’d say they couldn’t deal with my issue. But not only did they take me in immediately, they dealt with the issue and had me on the road in less than 2 hours. I love my Volvo and I love this dealership.

While vehicle shopping I submitted an inquiry online, received a lightning-fast response from Jameel Razack, and had an amazing experience throughout the purchasing and delivery process; I really appreciated no high-pressure sales. A week later I returned to buy an accessory and the parts staff were super friendly and helpful. The staff are incredible and I'm looking forward to being a return customer for quite some time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the service department to make an appointment for an oil change. Spoke to Ken, who was very rude and demanding as If he was doing me a favor. As I asked if they could make me an appointment for an oil change this afternoon, right away he asked for the VIN number, name and model, etc. in a very demeaning manner. I asked for his manager. Scott the manager, who was apparently sitting next to Ken, didn't admit to Ken's behavior and thought I may be crazy or lying. Very poor customer service. I am glad I didn't take my vehicle there and never will. Just look up the reviews these guys get and you'll see what I mean.

Thank you to Mike Baker for his outstanding customer service and communication! Through the entire process of inquire, test drive and pick up Mike was friendly and easy to work with. He also followed up with an email to see how I was enjoying my new car.
I absolutely love my 2012 XC70 T6 and if I didn't live in downtown Toronto I would be taking my car back there for regular service. Thanks again Mike Baker and the Team at Volvo of Waterloo for getting me into my fifth Volvo wagon. Volvo for Life!
