The order was packaged very well and they included a spring roll gift and watermelon as part of our order. We ordered the Kimchi Jigae stew with added seafood as well as the pork bone soup. The pork bone soup was a lot lighter than others I've had which usually have a spicier and richer broth. On the other hand, the Kimchi Jigae was a little more flavourful due to the added kimchi. The spring rolls tasted fresh and crispy. Overall, the added extras were pleasant and everything was fresh, but we would have preferred a richer broth. I am curious to try their rolls and nigiri at some point...but maybe at an earlier time in the day.

I never leave disappointed with the food I'm picking up and always come back again. Keep in mind, sometimes you have to wait a little long for your food but it's only because it's freshly made for you. I recommend this place to everyone.

I have never had better sushi, it is incredibly fresh, all of the food is. You do have to wait quite a bit but I promise it is worth it. The owners are so sweet, really great customer service (They even knew it was my fiance when he called?? must have saved his number). And they always add in a little extra ? I honestly can't say enough about this place, I'm so happy I found it.

It's a lovely couple making the food from scratch so don't expect fast food service. Well worth the 25 min wait to get this quality of food. This was plenty of food for 2 people!

Call ahead or use a food delivery app. This is a request from the owners themselves because they're swamped with mobile orders and those are priority. We made the mistake of walk-in and having to wait an extra ten minutes for our order, and the owners were very kind and added in some free spring rolls for that! They don't usually take walk-in either so don't count on it, we were just lucky. We ordered deep-fried vegetable dumplings, which were as delicious as the others say. Came with both soy sauce and a savoury orange sauce, the latter of which complemented the rolls and dumplings beautifully. Ordered beef yaki udon, which they accidentally mixed up with chicken. It was a long night for them, we figured chicken would taste just as good (we weren't wrong!) so we accepted it despite their insistence that they could quickly redo the dish. I got seafood kimchi jjigae (stew) with rice; wonderfully spicy and seasoned, packed with seafood, and very filling. Also ordered Korean style beef which came with japchae and veggies — SO good. Beef seasoned and cooked to a T. All in all, my friends and I had a great takeout experience at Miga. Highly recommend this delightful food from an even more delightful couple.

We ordered 2 vegetarian japchaes, 20 deep fried dumplings (10 veg/10 meat), pork bone soup, and kimchi jigae for 4 people. The wait was about 45 minutes long.The japchae was a little bland and the noodles were clumpling together. The dumplings weren't bad, but the taste wasn’t anything special and they were a bit cold. In my opinion, the kimchi jigae and pork bone soup were the best part of the meal. The pork was very tender and the broth was flavourful. Overall, the experience was decent, but only because there was a buy 1 get 1 free deal for the japchae and dumplings. If I had to pay full price for everything, I would not think it was worth it. They did give us some complimentary grapes though which was very cute!
