Very professional, with great communication. I had a small wood engraving job and they treated me like a first class client. The finished product was excellent.

I used to go to another place until they recently closed up, but I'm so happy I found Engraving Extremes. They are just as good as my old "go to", but even more friendly and literally half the price. I would highly recommend giving this great local business a try!

Great service. Professional, quick, and reasonably priced. I particularly loved how they provided a visual proof on my supplied item before hand so I could see exactly how it was going to look.

I took a chef’s knife here to be engraved, it was brand new not a mark on it anywhere. I wrapped the handle to protect it, I left the plastic tip protector on and taped it on. The blade I wish I had done something with but. I get it back after the engraving and the blade has three good chips in it. I said something to the guy, he basically denied it, but that was a lie. So I took it to a sharpening store to see if they could fix it so it had a chance of looking new as it is a Christmas present. So I call the engraving guy and explain that I think it can be repaired and the he should pay the cost. Basically said it wasn’t his problem and hung up on me. If you have anything new or valuable don’t take it here, find someone else. The response to the response, I brought it back immediately after being disgusted by the 3 chunks in the blade. I went to the car and sat there for a minute and went back to the door. Waiting till after the review was posted to be concerned is no way to treat your customers. Simple fact is getting back the cost of the engraving meant I had to come back to the store. Which I never intended on doing.
