Poor experience ordering from R&S on multiple occasions. A substantial mistake was made with our order we were denied any recourse. Product turnaround is slow compared to other companies (10-15 business days) Contacting them is a hassle with long response times and having to call several times before getting a clear response. The customer service was atrocious - do not expect to be treated with respect or have your business valued. Would not recommend. Check out Entripy for better prices, service and manufacturing timeline.

Outstanding customer service. Quick, prompt and very efficient. Went in for a shirt screening. Loved how the associate was patient, caring and was able to work with me to design a memorable print. My father-in-law will love it! Thank you so much! I found some very nice clothing and jackets there also. I will be back. Yes, I highly recommend this store.

We had a great experience with R & S Screening. The shirts we ordered look amazing! The staff was very friendly and their service was efficient. They communicated with us throughout the process to make sure our product turned out exactly how we wanted. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Had a really poor experience here this week. I ordered teams shirts here and the first time a few months ago went fine. However, when ordering a few more shirts for our new players (which were very overpriced), the communication process was atrocious. I called in with my order and was told my 3 shirts would be done in 3-5 business days. Weeks later and nobody had gotten back to me even after I'd followed up multiple times. I am positive they lost my order request completely as they had to ask for details after I had provided it previously. When someone FINALLY contacted me and said my shirts were ready a month later, they had a completely different logo and the numbers were done wrong. They then told me they would be redone for Monday (this was on mid day Friday) and on Monday, I was told they would be done Tuesday instead, a day later than promised. I finally got my shirts after a month from my original order date with a small discount taken off the shirts (although I appreciated the discount, it should have been much more since they both lost my order and misprinted it). The quality of the shirts were great but not worth the ridiculous process and the cost for only three shirts. My teammates were out of jerseys for a good chunk of our season due to their lack of communication and customer service. As a graphic designer who regularly uses and wants to support local print shops, I unfortunately will not be coming back here and definitely won’t be recommending this shop to anyone I know who needs any printing done.

R & S has provided exceptional service each time I have used them, and this time was no different. Their sales teams are knowledgeable and make the design process easy. I have especially appreciated their willingness to help me find the best value for my money, and not simply sell me on the more expensive project. I highly recommend them for any jersey or shirt designs you need as they don't try to gouge you and they are super friendly.

Just picked up a shirt we brought for some screen printing on. To be honest something I thought was going to be very straight forward. Two lines comprised of one word on line 1 and 2 on line 2. The ask was to have the font on line 2 smaller than on line 1. Half of the size. Picked it up today and the font is all the same size and quite frankly looks bad. Employee advised that he could try to take it back off but it could also wreck the shirt. Unfortunately the shirt was one of a kind and now I’m stuck with it. No refund or solution offered. Just poor execution of a very simple ask.
