★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have such good deals but the staff there are the worst. The guy working there is terrible and is neither competent nor respectful. As much as I’d like to go back for more shopping, my experience with the staff is discouraging enough for me to never set foot in that store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AWEFUL aweful rude customer sevice. Tried to exchange a shirt the next day after buying it just needing one size bigger and the young guy wouldn't let me . He even remembered me purchasing it and wouldn't call the manager wouldn't help me in any way told me i was lying about the reciept because they always give one but I dont recall lt and I used a bag I had from a previous store. Also 2 ladies that heard the way he was talking put their stuff down and said wow I heard enough and left. I'm so blown away at this.
I am never stepping foot in that store again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible quality products with the worst service ever experienced at a retail store. I would give negative stars if it was possible. I wrote the company to explain the issues and they couldn't even be bothered to respond. The zipper on the first jacket broke the first day, exchanged it for a replacement and multiple zippers broke within two weeks on the second jacket. Plus the inside liner ripped in multiple spots. Brought the jacket back to exchange since our son will freeze all winter with the liner letting cold air through and the store manager was rude and refused to help. Blamed us for the poor quality product since it broke after leaving the store. Save your money and the headache and shop anywhere other than this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone that is writing a bad review probably weren't paying attention when the cashier told them the exchange policy, plus most places unless it's like Walmart wont take back damaged goods because they cant sell them. So instead of writing a bad review because you didnt get your way, maybe do some growing and realise how entitled you are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 2 jackets and within 3 days zipper cMe off and pockets thread came off . Never ever ever buy any sort of clothing from this store, spend bit more and go to marshall or winners. Extremely EXTREMELY LOW QUALITY clothing. Shame on you whoever owns this disgusting brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edmonton Int'l Airport Mall location has the worst service. Girls will not acknowledge you when you come in, where most store employees explain deals etc to you, make you feel like you're inconveniencing them when you actually want to purchase something. And gave me attitude because I opt'd out for the 2 for 10 and paid $5.99 instead of scouring the store for another item. No assistance at the change rooms and disgruntled I put a non-purchase on the identified rack for them to put back in the store, and I had to try find my own replacement item in a different size. Store floors were very dirty. the 2 cashiers were too busy playing on their phones and gossiping.
