Poor return policy. Very rude customer service. Just because the tag was missing from the purse they wouldn't even give a store credit. I had my receipt and all the packaging and was within the 30 days. I will never shop here again nor online.

Amazing deals! Very well lit bright cheery environment. Store layout is superb. Lots of great ideas for you or your loved ones.

Customer service is extremely poor in the store. Employees are either busy talking with each other or ignoring the customers even after making an eye contact. Please take my feedback as an opportunity to improve your customer service quality.

Compared to the levels of the customer service that MK usually offer, this location is the worst costumer service. There was that sales girl, I believe “Nicole” is her name, she’s very disrespectful and unfriendly.

Very disappointed with the customer service in this store. I spent almost $1,000 and purchased 7 bags. I asked for separate bags for each of the bag as they were for gifts and wanted them separated. The manager insists that she can only provide 5 bags for 7 of them. Which I thought was not fair at all. I even offered to pay for the paper bags but she was very rude about it and told me that “I don’t know what you’re going to do with these bags”. The manager said that she could lose her job for providing me 2 more bags. She and her coworker just smirked at each other and I felt very disrespected. Will never shop here again.

We bought Wallet a month ago. It was couple days pass after 30 days return or exchage policy. I phone in the store to double check before we drive all the way down to this outlet and ask for exchange over the phone. The staff on the phone understands our situation and ask us to come and they can do exchange as long as everything it's packed and tag on. I told her everything is in brand new condition and we never opened or used. Even she mentioned me her name was sami & promise me to come today & she will help me to do exchange. We arrived at outlets at 740pm today. Spoken to one of the staff and ask for sami but she said she is done for the day then we explain her our situation and show her receipt and the product. She told us right away she can't do this exchange. I requested her even I mentioned her sami name and I said we already discussed with her for exchange and she said yes if I come today she will help me . She said I am her boss I am store manager this is my rule. I can't return or exchange this. I don't care about your situation. She was store manager and she was too rude and disrespectful to customer's. She was very rude and ask us to leave the store. I never she store manager like that in my whole life. I ask her who is your boss. She said call customer service. I ask her give me customer's service number she replied she don't have it. Check on the website. I ask her your name and she declined to give me her name. When I call in the store for asking about return then Samy give me her name and ask me to come today. But she is store manager I talked in the store and she declined to give me her name. She was the worst store manager

I had a great experience at MK in the outlet mall. I've been to a couple stores in Edmonton, but this one had the best customer service and care. An employee named Jessica was attentive, patient, and kind when I wasn't sure what style of bag I wanted. She was able to help me find what I needed by also sharing her knowledge on different bags for different occasions. I also think that this MK has better prices and is more welcoming than other stores I've visited in the past. With Christmas coming, the employees are extremely kind so people: be extra patient with retail this Christmas season!!!

Really bright and clean store, the staff were very friendly. Inventory was pretty good considering I know nothing about purses and handbags lol.
