★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the store with my wife and upon entering a staff member approached us and said something. I didn't hear her because I have a hearing problem and it doesn't help that with covid everyone wears masks so I can't read there lips. When I asked what she said she repeated herself while using her hand like a puppet speaking. Not impressed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Coach outlet Edmonton from Toronto to order a large size jacket which was only available in Edmonton store, and a very nice and responsible girl her name is Kathy talked to me and helped me to checkout my order, she called and emailed me several times to make sure everything was going fine with my order, I really appreciate her help and the way she served me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time ever going to COACH, and it will be my LAST. I decided to go today with my sister because we had never been to coach and upon being greeted we were asked if we were looking for anything. We let the lady know how it was our first time and we just wanted to browse and see what they had. As soon as we began to look around we were approached by a sales associate who looked at us up and down then proceeded to follow us around the store. I wish I got her name but she was woman with long black hair, wearing all black. When I made eye contact with her she would quickly look away but then continue to follow us. We had a shopping bag with us from another store and we tried to keep it away while we looked around because we felt thats why we were being followed. I understand that employees need to be diligent, however being a person of colour. When leaving the store we had turned around to see her standing near the exit watching us leave, even when looking through the glass she was still watching us. I never felt so uncomfortable and honestly if me carrying a shopping bag or wearing a sweater sets off employees, id rather them tell me so I can leave and not be followed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark and Hillary helped me out with the Pride collection tote, silk scarf, wallet and matching T-Shirt for my birthday month! Love this place, they even undressed the mannequin so I could get my proper size:) Mark also has a pretty good eye for fashion!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad experience going into this store. No customer service and you have to find people to help. I had very bad experience with the guy on checkout. So what happened we bought a cross bag and no one helped us except telling us the price. We gone to check out and the guy said who helped you and I said no one except a lady checked price for us. He said we need to know who helped you and we need to know name. Then he send my wife to go and find that lady who helped us with price. He was standing there and my wife was wondering around the store to find that employee. This is the customer service you expect when you go in this kind of big brand. Very very disappointed we love to buy coach product but we will never go back. Zero value towards customer and zero customer service. Why we have to find a name ? why you guys can't find out who checked the price as NOONE helped us in our store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love love this store compare to all the stores in this mall. The staff are very friendly, very accommodating & very responsive to customer needs. I love that everytime i purchase many items I don't have to beg for paper bags compared to MK and KS. The manager & staff are so friendly special mention Grace & Curtis.
